After 4 months After 4 months , still no goods or refund!! Now no one answers my repeated calls .Are these guys still in business ,they keep sending out ads. I finally contacted my credit card company ,I suggest you all do the same.I would rate Big Daddy (big Fraud) a - O ( below zero)

What is the point? First and foremost their prices aren't even very good. What is the point of paying a fee if their prices are just average!?!? And worse, their customer service and order fulfillment are terrible! It takes them 1-2 weeks to ship orders. This is the only company I've dealt with in years that can't ship order in 48 hours. Just terrible.

Ordered $700 worth of items from them… Ordered $700 worth of items from them in Mid October. Money came out of my bank account immediately but It's the middle of December now And nothing has shipped yet. I have called 3 times and spoke w/ Lexi and was told the same thing "their warehouse is behind on orders" Any savings I might have gotten with them has been erased by their stupid membership fee. As soon as I post this I am calling and canceling the order and I'm gonna tell them they should reimburse the membership fees taken out as well.

Still no shipment after 5 months I ordered in May 2023 and have attempted to contact BDU at least a dozen times via phone, online contact form, and email, and I have received zero responses regarding my order, which still has not shipped, and order status still says "pending shipment." However, they have emailed me a few times asking me to update my credit card info for my monthly membership.

I have been a repeat customer for many… I have been a repeat customer for many years. Very disappointed that I am still waiting for my order from October and it's December. I have called multiple times and get a canned response, same every time. The items are in stock and they are only waiting for the warehouse workers to ship it! Multiple unanswered emails. Buyer beware!
