My Sole elliptical is ten years old but it keeps on working as if it were brand new because we simply replace whichever part breaks which hasn't been many. 5 days and waiting for a package shipped priority mail I paid for priority shipping on 12/6. As of 12/11, I haven't received the item. The product was shipped USPS and they don't know where the package is either. I sent a few emails to Sole Fitness Parts but I haven't received a response yet. Shipping isn't under Sole's control but helping the customer track down the package is their responsibility. Hopefully, someone calls me from Sole today.
