Returning Customer I have ordered parts from Sole Fitness Parts several times before and I have never been disappointed. They have a quick reply time to any questions I have ever had. My Sole elliptical is ten years old but it keeps on working as if it were brand new because we simply replace whichever part breaks which hasn't been many. I love my Sole elliptical and am thankful for Sole Fitness Parts who helps us maintain our elliptical.

Hope for older exercise equipment needing parts after searching other parts websites (including my equipment manufacturer), I found sole fitness. they had my needed parts in stock at a a very affordable price, I ordered the parts and within a week were at my home.

Great support and repair part delivery Support folks that assisted me by phone were knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The parts I ordered arrived in a timely manner and are working as anticipated. Looks like a good company to me.

Quick response, polite customer service The Support team promptly responded to my emails. I also see that parts on Sole Fitness are reasonably priced compared to the cost charged by Repair techs.

5 days and waiting for a package shipped priority mail I paid for priority shipping on 12/6. As of 12/11, I haven't received the item. The product was shipped USPS and they don't know where the package is either. I sent a few emails to Sole Fitness Parts but I haven't received a response yet. Shipping isn't under Sole's control but helping the customer track down the package is their responsibility. Hopefully, someone calls me from Sole today.
