Awesome product I love how simple the ARENA is to setup and use. It took 2 minutes to unpackage it and be up and running. The fact that it's portable and I can move it outside to workout in the fresh air or take with me when I travel is awesome. I've already incorporated the ARENA into my daily routine and even if I only have 10-20 minutes I can get in a really great workout as it's so easy to go from one exercise to another. I couldn't be happier with my ARENA and now I have no reason ever to need a gym membership again!

Easy, convenient, productive work outs Being new to strength training, Arena has been great to make it easy to get started. The guided workouts and helpful analytics help to keep me motivated. It also takes away all of my excuses by making workouts fast, productive, fun, and interesting. I love that I can take it out, use it, and then put it away to not have to give up space permanently. I'm looking forward to the company continuing to release training series as I continue on my fitness goals. I have started and tried many different strength programs with different weights, bands, and equipment, but Arena is the first one I'd ever recommend (and likely the first one I'll stick with long term).
