10/10 Customer Service My Arena stopped working and I’m truly not sure if I was still within my warranty or not since I had purchased it back when it first became available, but they were AMAZING. I was sent a replacement and a shipping label to send the old one back. To top it off they even arranged for it to be picked up so I didn’t need to figure out how to get it to UPS.

Didn’t receive equipment or have my money returned Two years ago, I spent money to purchase the gold arena equipment and I never received my money back nor did I receive the equipment. Nobody contacted me so it’s a great scam.
