I prefer the Arena training programs, as weight is adjusted to get to my goals and don’t have to think about which exercise to do for reaching the goals. My partner does freestyle mode, as he has his own training plan. Big plus: arena is a piece of design and an eye catcher in our home!

Awesome product I love how simple the ARENA is to setup and use. It took 2 minutes to unpackage it and be up and running. The fact that it's portable and I can move it outside to workout in the fresh air or take with me when I travel is awesome. I've already incorporated the ARENA into my daily routine and even if I only have 10-20 minutes I can get in a really great workout as it's so easy to go from one exercise to another. I couldn't be happier with my ARENA and now I have no reason ever to need a gym membership again!
