Peloton can bombard my email box with sales emails but a massive outage occurs and they can't bother to notify me via the same email address and provide the fix??? I have to discover it when trying to take a class on my tight schedule, get annoyed, then go down an rabbit hole trying to find out what's going. Unbelievable.

There should be 2 plans for people like… There should be 2 plans for people like me who use my bike once a week or so. I pay almost $50 a month for nothing. Yes, I'm lazy. I have 3 family members who dropped their membership because of the cost because they weren't active. They would've moved an all access membership to a limited membership. We all bought our Peleton during Covid, so things are different now.

Bike is fantastic, required membership plan is a dealbreaker for me The bike is absolute fantastic and I have not one bad thing to say about the quality of the bike itself. However, there is a membership plan you have to subscribe to just to use the full experience of the bike. This adds for German customers 39EUR per month on top of the high expenses for the initial purchase and makes Onepeloton simply unattractive from my point of view. You have tons of classes in this membership plan, but I just want to use the bike. I have just contacted the customer service and asked for downgrade options, and they confirmed that I have to stay in the highest plan if I want to track heart rates, set complex goals etc. This is outrageous in my eyes and I cannot believe they can get away with it. Instead of running programs like "Peloton Certified Refurbished Bikes", that I understand as an desperate effort to reallocate used bikes from inactive or otherwise lost customers (like me, happy but seriously unimpressed with the subsequent cost) - maybe Onepeloton should change a business model that feels like an absolute overreach to me.

Keep Pedaling Kendall Toole I would consider a great instructor. What she does well is encourages and motivates you to work as hard as she does. Kendall speaks well and she is naturally funny. I used several instructors of which some stopped pedaling which wasn’t a motivation to me or others that I talked to. If they were the first instructors I used I probably wouldn’t have purchased any Peloton products. I like the different styles of classes. I use the cycling classes, I just started the cycling with the weights added in ( good workout). I like the different lengths of times offered too. Been very happy so far. Streaming sometimes glitches.

It has many classes to choose from, live or taped. Also, I have had no issues with my bike or monitor. All positives. Cleats were tough to get to work originally, but now no problems.
