The curl bushings were not in package The curl bushings were not in package, only the bolt. I don't need the bolt without the bushings! Please send curl bushings to complete order.

ProForm Seat Replacement called to find out if they had a seat… I called to find out if they had a seat for my ProForm carbon CX home spinning bike. The seat on that bike for the manufacturer was grossly uncomfortable and anatomically incorrect for women. I spoke to Chris while we were talking on the phone, found a seat replacement on Amazon and suggested that I order it. He was very careful to make sure that it met the same specs as the Pro Form so that it would install correctly. He was right on! I received the seat yesterday and I'm a very happy customer!!

Original item ordered was discontinued Original item ordered was discontinued. Tech advice promptly advised an alternative. Order was changed and received in a bit over a week. Across the continent and over the border. Product functioned as desired. Thanks

Slow wrong part and bad customer care… Ordered part for my elliptical using their part finder and my model number. Part arrived about a month later. Didn’t fit. They sent me the part number via email of the part they said would fit this time. Had to pay to send back wrong part and then they didn’t refund full amount either(restocking fee). The second part arrived in about 2 weeks. They did respond to the first couple of emails I sent in about 24 hours. The second part did fit but I am pretty sure I entered the model right the first time. There is no discripion of part other than a picture and the descrepracy of the part that didn’t fit was mounting hole that was 1/8 too big
