GBStart here I first attempted to order the parts directly from Nordic Track and they informed me that I needed to know the registration date of my machine in order to order parts. I decided to look elsewhere and I found and logged into the Fitness Parts Warehouse, listed the model number of my elliptical and found the illustration parts list for my machine. I quickly found the bushing that I needed. I ordered two bushings at a reasonable price and got free shipping. The bushings were shipped out the same day. Great service for sure.

GBGot a call back in less than 10 minutes I left a voicemail and described the part I required. Got a call back from Chris in less than 10 minutes even though the Gold's Gym 290C cycle seat is not available nor can any other bike seat be altered to fit the necessary mounting configuration. I greatly appreciated his quick call back and suggestions for a workaround. Chris puts the 'care' in customer care!
