ordered 1/20/24 ordered 1/20/24, card charged on 1/21/24, letter to company on 1/30/24, 1/31/24 shipped but I have not received it 2/15/24

Reached out to company after filing a… Reached out to company after filing a BBB and a paypal dispute, asking to please send return labels. Emailed them 9 times. They responded after a usual 5+ day, or so much longer, wait with "why do you want to return?" And then being ignored, so items were refused. Buyer beware.

HORRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered dumbbells and canceled the order in less than an hour. I received an email saying they were evaluating my request. I sent several emails for four days, NEVER to receive another response. 5 weeks later, I received the dumbbells. How ridicules. Sent several emails explaining. I googled the business name to find out they have horrible reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

SHAMELESS SCAM Do not ever purchase from them. They shipped me a dysfunctional product that I gave as a Christmas gift. I immediately reached out for a return, they've been missing for months at a time and 8 months later respond saying that I am outside their 30-day return policy and unable to receive a refund. Unbelievable.
