Terrible app/costly features The scale came within the time estimated (about 2 weeks), but when I went to log in to the app, it kept freezing and crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled 6 times and always the same thing. I could type in 7 letters, then frozen, and forced closed. While researching help topics, I discovered more negative reviews referring to the majority of advertised features requiring a paid subscription to use. No thank you. I returned the scale without even opening it the day after I received it.

Extremely inconsistent Extremely inconsistent. The app rarely pairs with the scale. The original app was by far better. The scale is essentially worthless other than to show my weight.

Scales are useless unfortunately Scales are useless unfortunately. Inconsistent weight. I contacted customer service who kindly instructed me how to recalibrate the scales which i did, still not right. I have asked to return them and oddly enough, customer service have stopped replying to me. I will be contacting trading standards.

Still have not received my scale I was really excited to use this scale to help with my health journey. However, as of today, January 28, 2024, I still have not received my fit tracker scale and I placed my order on November 30th. I was also charged the monthly subscription fee even without having the scale which I thought was to be used to assist with using the scale. I am need a full of full refund for both the tracker and monthly fee. I have not been able to use any of them. I already cancelled the subscription.

Ordered never received Ordered never received - no way to cancel. No customer service. Had to cancel payment and dispute credit card charge.
