Too Long Of A Wait I was very excited when I ordered this FitTrack scale. I have watched Jenn Sherman/Peloton promote it on Instagram. I placed my order in December 16, 2023. I just received the scale January 28, 2024. After contacting FitTrack several times I was told it had shipped each time. So, if you want to wait six weeks for a FitTrack scale place an order if not I would not do business with this company again.

Save yourself the trouble! Still no scale I came here to write about my horrible experience and see that literally everyone wrote exactly what I was going to say. It’s been over a month and still no scale, tried to cancel multiple times. Customer service LIES repeatedly and is most unhelpful. I’m going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Save yourself!

Worst customer experience ever Worst customer experience ever! The purchase was a month late and during the month waiting for the product I tried REPEATEDLY to cancel and after numerous, emails, chats and calls they still sent the product. The last person I spoke with told me to not accept the delivery which is a complete and total joke because that would have required me to stay home for an indefinite amount of time and literally wait for the delivery. It’s also comical because what delivery person rings the doorbell instead of just leaving the package at the door! Horrific customer service and their 1.5 star reviews should be an indication this company is the worst! I still think this company is a total sham and they only respond when you get angry! Btw, I am still waiting for my return label! Just AWFUL!!!!

Total scam Total scam I ordered my scale 11/30 , took my money never received it.Multiple emails on their support site with a handful of tracking information.Last being Jan 2 in California.The address is in Delaware

It’s only been 2 weeks and batteries… It’s only been 2 weeks and batteries need replaced already! Apparently needed to use lithium batteries! Saw initially this was a problem, still undecided if I would recommend it.
