GBToo Long Of A Wait I was very excited when I ordered this FitTrack scale. I have watched Jenn Sherman/Peloton promote it on Instagram. I placed my order in December 16, 2023. I just received the scale January 28, 2024. After contacting FitTrack several times I was told it had shipped each time. So, if you want to wait six weeks for a FitTrack scale place an order if not I would not do business with this company again.

GBArrived a month late Arrived a month late, could not get the scale to connect to the app. Then stopped working altogether, screen went dead. Have sent countless emails to get support and no answers. I will now call American Express and dispute the charge.

GBI'm not one to write reviews... I'm not one to write reviews.... But I'm also not one that gets scammed and brushes it off!! I ordered the scale months ago and They immediately took the money out that day. After battling them for two months, I finally filed a dispute with PayPal. Then magically they created a shipping label which according to the man that got back to me prevented them from being able to refund me!! I had to threaten a class action lawsuit, and eventually the scale made its way to me.... However, I have a very high-end doctors scale that is calibrated perfectly and the fit track scale is off by 3 lbs. I also feel that the readings I'm getting are completely bogus! From everyone else's reviews it sounds like if I try to send it back I'm just never going to get my money back so I might as well just burn it.

GBDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I waited two months to get this scale. In the two weeks I've had the scale it has been able to make a reading 4 times. I've upgraded my phone, I've changed the batteries in the scale, and yet the app continually crashes, the app and scale can never connect without repeated stop/starts or installs/uninstalls, and my complaints and requests to return this lousy product have gone unanswered by FitTrack's customer service team.

GBTerrible Customer Service It took over a month to receive my Fit Track. My credit card was charged for the 3 month advanced health program subscription before I even received my fit track and I was supposed to get a 30 day Free Trial of the Advanced Health Program. I have sent numerous emails requesting to return to my fit track since it took to long to receive, I followed the directions on website of how to begin the return process and I am still waiting on Fit track to respond on next step to return product and have yet to get a response from Fit Track. I did finally get a credit for the Advanced Health Program they charged my credit card
