I contacted customer service who kindly instructed me how to recalibrate the scales which i did, still not right. I have asked to return them and oddly enough, customer service have stopped replying to me. I will be contacting trading standards.

Too Long Of A Wait I was very excited when I ordered this FitTrack scale. I have watched Jenn Sherman/Peloton promote it on Instagram. I placed my order in December 16, 2023. I just received the scale January 28, 2024. After contacting FitTrack several times I was told it had shipped each time. So, if you want to wait six weeks for a FitTrack scale place an order if not I would not do business with this company again.

Fittrack Review Finally received scale, after a month of waiting. The app constantly crashes. I've uninstalled the app and re-installed and still continue to have issues. The accuracy of the scale seems to check out, but the app needs a lot of work. Without the app, the scale is useless.

Total scam Total scam I ordered my scale 11/30 , took my money never received it.Multiple emails on their support site with a handful of tracking information.Last being Jan 2 in California.The address is in Delaware

Kinks to Work Out Product was not delivered by Christmas as anticipated, but received several email notifications on the delay. Hope they can fix the production issue for any future customers. Nice quality scale. App is easy to understand. however, I have not found a way to sync with the App unless I open the App every time I weigh in.
