I strongly recommend The Lotus Method I strongly recommend The Lotus Method. I came to TLM during my 2nd trimester as I was looking for a safe environment to continue the type of intense training I was used to from Barry’s Bootcamp. I can’t thank enough the professional team at TLM and especially, my amazing trainer, Christi, for helping me get stronger before delivery and bringing me back to shape after giving birth. Christi has been such an amazing partner along the way, both in person and online when COVID hit. She has always come prepared for classes, challenging me to try new things aligned with my training goals, and always fun to chat with. Can’t recommend her enough. Thank you, Christi for all the efforts and energy you’ve put into my wellbeing! You’re truly one of a kind!! I keep recommending TLM to all my pregnant friends- it’s the best gift you can give to yourself and your baby.

Brianna Houston is a fabulous trainer Brianna Houston is a fabulous trainer! She tailors the workouts to meet my specific needs and challenges me enough so that I always get a good sweat and some cardio with every session! I love how the exercises are different every week so that I am working out all the different muscles group and getting excellent pointers on making adjustments to make sure that I am engaging the right muscles.

The Lotus Method is the BEST I couldn't recommend The Lotus Method more! I started training at TLM when I was pregnant 2+ years ago because I wanted to workout somewhere I knew was pregnancy-safe. I was pretty clueless on how I should/shouldn’t be working out while pregs, so it was a huge relief being able to work with a team that had a wealth of knowledge in pre/post natal health. They were able to give me a great workout that got me prepped for labor and parenting — win-win! I’ve continued working out with the company through their transition to all-virtual, which was seamless. I love having the ability to still get a solid workout in, in the safety of my own home. Lastly, Maria, my trainer, is a gem. She has an amazing understanding of the body, pre and post-natal, and can modify our exercises on the fly if I'm feeling any pain or am simply lacking specific equipment. She has an infectious positive personality too, which makes our workouts a delight!

Bianca is the BEST!!! I started working with the Lotus Method February of last year, 6 months after giving birth to my second child. Sadly I only had 1 month of in person sessions before COVID shut everything down. I was skeptical that virtual sessions would be anything like in person sessions, but I am happy to report that I was wrong. My trainer, Bianca, has been amazing. In the beginning we worked entirely on rehab from birth as well as a prior back injury. With her knowledge and expertise I was able to get my strength back and I am now able to do more than I was able to do before giving birth. Her sessions are a true workout and she even gives me “homework” to do on the days we don’t meet. She’s also great with kids. When my kids join the sessions, she has workouts for the 5 year old and incorporates the 1 year old as a weight ;-)

Great for busy pregnant mamas and postpartum recovery I worked out at Lotus Method before and throughout my pregnancy and went in to my labor and delivery strong and ready. Postpartum workouts have helped me rebuild my strength including core and easing all the back pain I deal with lifting a toddler and baby and breastfeeding. Bianca has been so supportive and I’m so appreciative to have her working closely with me during recovery!! I get 1:1 attention plus homework so I can continue to feel good between sessions.
