Nice smoith ride and goid fit… I purchased the SF-B12021 exercise bike after listening to several reviews on similar models. I chose this bike after a lengthy conversation with Ursula a customer representative at SF. She sent me additional information and after review I purchased and it was atbmy door steps less than a week later. The bike is smooth ride, study and well made. The many adjustments makes it a good fit for anyone. The assembly was easy but bike is heavy. The packaging was good and secure. All components were available with tools for assembly. My first ride was like wow. For much less than the big box bikes I can still sit my tablet on handle bars and ride in any fitness classes. Thanks again Ursula Tony

Follow up to December review - they're still rotten. This is a follow-up to my December review. They finally contacted me in mid January, 2 full months after I sent a video/audio highlighting the bike issue. They said they would be sending out replacement parts within 1-4 weeks, and would notify me when the parts shipped. It is now early April...nothing. How does a company that has absolutely NO customer service stay in business??? I guess they must sell enough to unsuspecting people (like me). Like lambs to the slaughter.

Excellent Service! I think this is only the second review I’ve ever written, but the outstanding help that I received from the Sunny Fitness Support team, especially Hugo and Carlos, was worthy of a review. Their help was incredible! I have a Sunny Fitness treadmill SF-T4400 Motorized Treadmill, that I purchased a few years back. It’s been such a gift to my health and well being, mentally and physically. I use it 5 days a week and the benefits are huge!! Saw me through the loss of my father, still helps me through the grief. The treadmill began to have electrical issues a few months back, a faulty wire. I live at the coast and items rust easily, I don’t know what the exact cause, regardless, the support that I received to bring it back to life, was over and beyond what I expected! I was walked, (pun intended) through how to change the wires, sent a video on the steps, every aspect that was needed to bring my treadmill back to life was covered! it actually was an easy fix! I commend Sunny Fitness for hiring such outstanding humans; capable, knowledgable, solution oriented, as well as kind, compassionate and patient as I sorted through what was wrong and how to fix it. Their service was prompt, attention to emails immediate, replacement products timely. Not only is the treadmill up and running, it didn’t end up in a landfill, taking unnecessary space! Success all the way around! They said, "Our #1 priority is helping customers remain happy and healthy!” they proved they do just that. Sunny Fitness equipment will continue to be my go to fitness equipment because of this extraordinary service, my wonderful experience with their support team and overall great treadmill! Thank you Sunny Fitness and Carlos and Hugo!!

Bad product, worse support Blown away by this company's low quality treadmill and lackluster customer service. The treadmill I bought stopped running and while in communication with Sunny I learned that the issue actually originated from it being misaligned from the get go. The customer service tech had me jumping through all sorts of hoops to "fix" it, none of which addressed the issue at all, and in the end completely failed to stand by their product. Sunny's bottom line was basically the corporate version of "sucks to be you, maybe the retailer will care." Outside of a shady used car lotz I've never seen anything like it.

My Obsidian Surge 500 Meter Water… My Obsidian Surge 500 Meter Water Rowing machine sprung a leak while still under warranty after three years of use, and Ursula, Dalia, Kerissa and Minerva of Sunny Health & Fitness helped to provide me with a replacement frame in a very short period of time. Much appreciation to a great staff!
