GBEasy to assemble, great to use I'm 5 feet tall, 65 and female but put my step trainer together easily and quickly by myself! I broke both my ankles and one fibular a year ago and needed a smooth exerciser to strengthen my ankles and for cardio exercise. The stepper is just the thing and shows all the details you need throughout your workout. I highly recommend this exerciser

GBMy Obsidian Surge 500 Meter Water… My Obsidian Surge 500 Meter Water Rowing machine sprung a leak while still under warranty after three years of use, and Ursula, Dalia, Kerissa and Minerva of Sunny Health & Fitness helped to provide me with a replacement frame in a very short period of time. Much appreciation to a great staff!

GBTerrific Customer Service I needed to replace a small part on my RW5515 Magnetic Rowing Machine. I called Sunny's Health & Fitness Equipment Customer Service Number. The representative was Julie. Julie was professional, polite, & has a pleasant, clear voice. Julie understood what part I was explaining & knew the parts number. Julie also said were the parts diagram was on the email she sent me. I saw the part I needed right away. She explained the process of ordering a part. Asked if I had any questions. I had a few. Then we were finished. It was a quick process & simple. Yay! It was terrific having Julie process my parts request. I will let friends know how great Sunny Health & Fitness Equipment is. Thank you Julie!

GBNon existent customer service. Interested in buying recumbent bike. Emailed 3 times and Facebook Messaged twice - over 3 separate days - haven’t received one reply. Looks like the comments about poor customer service are right, sadly!

GBFollow up to December review - they're still rotten. This is a follow-up to my December review. They finally contacted me in mid January, 2 full months after I sent a video/audio highlighting the bike issue. They said they would be sending out replacement parts within 1-4 weeks, and would notify me when the parts shipped. It is now early April...nothing. How does a company that has absolutely NO customer service stay in business??? I guess they must sell enough to unsuspecting people (like me). Like lambs to the slaughter.
