GBEasy to assemble, great to use I'm 5 feet tall, 65 and female but put my step trainer together easily and quickly by myself! I broke both my ankles and one fibular a year ago and needed a smooth exerciser to strengthen my ankles and for cardio exercise. The stepper is just the thing and shows all the details you need throughout your workout. I highly recommend this exerciser

GBNo Product Support Bought treadmill off Amazon 2020. In March 2022 needed a replacement remote. Sunny advised shipping delays 8-10 months. Then I was told that same timeframe a couple more times when checking in, in latter months with the last time being in September 2022. When checking in now in February 2023 they said it's now a discontinued item and they won't replace the remote. The whole time they were advising 8-10 months I felt like it was bs. Now it seems like they were running out the clock until the time became discontinued.

GBHelp assembling Magnetic Elliptical Bike. I needed help assembling the tension cable of my magnetic elliptical bike that I had just received. Called the help number on the instruction manual. Spoke with a very helpful assistant named Kitty. She reviewed the video that was available and that was not the one I needed. She then looked up alternate assembly instructions and sent me a video that worked. Viewed it and had it assembled in less than five minutes and could continue with the rest of the assembly of the elliptical bike. Was very happy with the customer service.

GBLauren was excellent Lauren was excellent. She was very patient with me. The rower I got (sf-rw5515) is functional and cheap, which means its a good "starter machine" to see if you have the dedication and willpower to take up rowing. If you like rowing and can use this machine routinely for awhile, you can always upgrade for a better model later. The only flaw with the machine is that it doesnt count distance. It counts time, strokes, estimated calories burned, and total strokes over the machines life. But for like 200 dollars, its fine.

GBrecumbrent bike I purchased a recumbrent bike less than 3 years ago. It started to make a loud grinding noise when in use. I reached out to the company and sent videos of the noise it was making.Bottom line I got nowhere. I was told I had to pay for any parts because it's warranty expired. I feel although it was not an expensive bike, I should have gotten more than three years out of it. Was not happy that everything was done by email and could not speak to someone. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY TO ANYONE!
