Help assembling Magnetic Elliptical Bike. I needed help assembling the tension cable of my magnetic elliptical bike that I had just received. Called the help number on the instruction manual. Spoke with a very helpful assistant named Kitty. She reviewed the video that was available and that was not the one I needed. She then looked up alternate assembly instructions and sent me a video that worked. Viewed it and had it assembled in less than five minutes and could continue with the rest of the assembly of the elliptical bike. Was very happy with the customer service.

Lauren was excellent Lauren was excellent. She was very patient with me. The rower I got (sf-rw5515) is functional and cheap, which means its a good "starter machine" to see if you have the dedication and willpower to take up rowing. If you like rowing and can use this machine routinely for awhile, you can always upgrade for a better model later. The only flaw with the machine is that it doesnt count distance. It counts time, strokes, estimated calories burned, and total strokes over the machines life. But for like 200 dollars, its fine.

Wonderful customer support Wonderful customer support. My treadmill motor started making a loud grinding noise 8 days before the 6 month warranty expired. Sent an email to Sunny. Stephen responded that same day, asking me to send a short vid to verify my problem. Next morning, he replied, and said a new motor was being sent to me! It arrived 3 days later. Excellent company!!!

Excellent Service! I think this is only the second review I’ve ever written, but the outstanding help that I received from the Sunny Fitness Support team, especially Hugo and Carlos, was worthy of a review. Their help was incredible! I have a Sunny Fitness treadmill SF-T4400 Motorized Treadmill, that I purchased a few years back. It’s been such a gift to my health and well being, mentally and physically. I use it 5 days a week and the benefits are huge!! Saw me through the loss of my father, still helps me through the grief. The treadmill began to have electrical issues a few months back, a faulty wire. I live at the coast and items rust easily, I don’t know what the exact cause, regardless, the support that I received to bring it back to life, was over and beyond what I expected! I was walked, (pun intended) through how to change the wires, sent a video on the steps, every aspect that was needed to bring my treadmill back to life was covered! it actually was an easy fix! I commend Sunny Fitness for hiring such outstanding humans; capable, knowledgable, solution oriented, as well as kind, compassionate and patient as I sorted through what was wrong and how to fix it. Their service was prompt, attention to emails immediate, replacement products timely. Not only is the treadmill up and running, it didn’t end up in a landfill, taking unnecessary space! Success all the way around! They said, "Our #1 priority is helping customers remain happy and healthy!” they proved they do just that. Sunny Fitness equipment will continue to be my go to fitness equipment because of this extraordinary service, my wonderful experience with their support team and overall great treadmill! Thank you Sunny Fitness and Carlos and Hugo!!

Sunny SF-E3911 - good elliptical & great support Sunny SF-E3911 - Support (Carlos) was amazingly helpful!!! I have clocked more than 500 miles on the Sunny SF-E3911 Elliptical machine & love it. Recently, the stepper roller was making thumping noise. Upon examining the rollers - found that one of them was flaking & pitting. Contacted Sunny Support to report the problem & Carlos responded. He agreed the roller needed to be replaced & suggested the other roller as well. As he was processing the replacement order - he said my machine was just outside the warranty period, but will process the order as a one-time replacement. The two rollers arrived about 5 days later & solved the thumping noise problem. Thank you Carlos!!! Now I can go another 500 miles (or more)!!!
