Along with maintaining a consistent diet with the help of owner Kris Barr, I was able to lose about 30 pounds while maintaining my muscle mass in only 3 months. Totally worth it if you want results!

A very dodgy company! A very dodgy company and the product is not worth the hassle! Firstly when the item arrives in the UK you have to pay an additional £16.00 shipping fee for DHL to bring to your address (this is on top of the the shipping fee on payment). You will receive an email from DHL looking for the payment. Secondly after nearly 2 years of buying the product they have taken a £9.00 so called membership fee that they say I signed up for during my purchase. This is total lies as if that had been the case they would have started taking the money out a lot sooner. Luckily for me they hadn't and that I noticed this suspicious debit. You can quite easily make this product yourself, don't waste your money and be scammed!!
