We actually even met the owner Kris and he was such pleasure to have engaged with! Meeting him and knowing more about him made us love our purchase’s even more. After being very disappointed by my order never arriving and not getting a response from customer service, PB have now been in touch after I responded to their message on TrustPilot, and now the customer service has been excellent! All the issues have been resolved.

Scam Scam. Order two penalty boxes, only received one. Contacted company to advise, there weren’t interested. Also charged monthly ‘membership’ fee which far outweighs value of product.

CAUTION DO NOT ORDER Absolutely no communication after they took my money and never sent my order. I've tried everything to contact them but of course no answer. I believe this to be a fraudulent company DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. I have tried email as well and no answer. A full year later you respond? I don't believe this to be a legitimate company.

So called subscription Same experience. Purchase on June 8, 2020. Now they debited my creditcard. I e-mailed them and got a quick answer. That I agreed with a subscription (really not, ticked off the box. And why credit it now). The lady said I easily could and that subscription with a reply on that email. I did so. Guess what? I can't get any answers anymore. And a second time this month that they took money. Won't recommend them ever
