Paid for 8-day Express shipping, the support answered after a month that it is en route and I should be patient and then after couple of days I have received notification that now it is shipped. Arrived today, 3 months after they took my money!!! And I had to pay extra for customs because it was shipped from China, not the USA. Never recommending to anyone.

CAUTION DO NOT ORDER Absolutely no communication after they took my money and never sent my order. I've tried everything to contact them but of course no answer. I believe this to be a fraudulent company DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. I have tried email as well and no answer. A full year later you respond? I don't believe this to be a legitimate company.

After being very disappointed by my order never arriving and not getting a response from customer service, PB have now been in touch after I responded to their message on TrustPilot, and now the customer service has been excellent! All the issues have been resolved.
