GBPenalty box seem to have improved their… Penalty box seem to have improved their customer service and following a refund I'm happy again. The physical product is good and a useful exercise tool. I hope new customers don't unknowingly sign up for the monthly subscription - beware.

After being very disappointed by my order never arriving and not getting a response from customer service, PB have now been in touch after I responded to their message on TrustPilot, and now the customer service has been excellent! All the issues have been resolved.

BESo called subscription Same experience. Purchase on June 8, 2020. Now they debited my creditcard. I e-mailed them and got a quick answer. That I agreed with a subscription (really not, ticked off the box. And why credit it now). The lady said I easily could and that subscription with a reply on that email. I did so. Guess what? I can't get any answers anymore. And a second time this month that they took money. Won't recommend them ever

SKAbsolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service! Paid for 8-day Express shipping, the support answered after a month that it is en route and I should be patient and then after couple of days I have received notification that now it is shipped. Arrived today, 3 months after they took my money!!! And I had to pay extra for customs because it was shipped from China, not the USA. Never recommending to anyone.
