We actually even met the owner Kris and he was such pleasure to have engaged with! Meeting him and knowing more about him made us love our purchase’s even more. Took unauthorized payments I'm a gym owner and the actual product is ok BUT when I bought these for our facility, my payment details were used to pay for a monthly membership subscription which I didn't sign up for or authorize. I only reslized payments were coming out about 5 months later. I couldn't access their website membership area as I had never been sent login details so I had to contact their support team who responded abruptly and without any apology but stopped the payments. That was 9 months ago and then a few weeks back I found another unauthorized charge on my account from Penalty Box training. Support team didn't even respond to my email this time so I had to contact my bank fraud team for a refund and to block these scammers from taking more. Seriously unprofessional company who have little regard for customers. If you have bought any products from them, i suggest you check your bank statements. Safe to say we wont buy from them again.

Great Training Tool Using the penaltybox boxes helps us improve our speed, strength and agility. Our gym incorporates this tool in our stations. We recommend adding it to gyms or home gyms.

CAUTION DO NOT ORDER Absolutely no communication after they took my money and never sent my order. I've tried everything to contact them but of course no answer. I believe this to be a fraudulent company DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. I have tried email as well and no answer. A full year later you respond? I don't believe this to be a legitimate company.
