Allows me to get creative with my workouts I also maximizing space. Perfect for small group training sessions. Material seems sturdy and durable. So far so good

So called subscription Same experience. Purchase on June 8, 2020. Now they debited my creditcard. I e-mailed them and got a quick answer. That I agreed with a subscription (really not, ticked off the box. And why credit it now). The lady said I easily could and that subscription with a reply on that email. I did so. Guess what? I can't get any answers anymore. And a second time this month that they took money. Won't recommend them ever

Penalty box has been awesome for me and… Penalty box has been awesome for me and my wife. The workouts they provide added such a help in the results we got! We actually even met the owner Kris and he was such pleasure to have engaged with! Meeting him and knowing more about him made us love our purchase’s even more. Great Training Tool Using the penaltybox boxes helps us improve our speed, strength and agility. Our gym incorporates this tool in our stations. We recommend adding it to gyms or home gyms.
