Fun, fit & furious (in pace, not mood!) What can I say? I'm in love with a great way of getting fitter & stronger. I ordered my penalty box at the end of May (3 month into the UK lockdown). They arrived mid August into the UK. Covid19 affected stocks so I cannot possibly complain. You also get access to loads of training videos to keep motivating you to train! I saw on their Instagram account that they've now released mini boxes at I've ordered some of them this week, to change up my training routines. As an international customer, you receive tracking info once your order is dispatched so you can follow it on its journey to you. A great product, a great way to get fit, fun, fast & furious cardio!

We actually even met the owner Kris and he was such pleasure to have engaged with! Meeting him and knowing more about him made us love our purchase’s even more. CAUTION DO NOT ORDER Absolutely no communication after they took my money and never sent my order. I've tried everything to contact them but of course no answer. I believe this to be a fraudulent company DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. I have tried email as well and no answer. A full year later you respond? I don't believe this to be a legitimate company.

Absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service! Paid for 8-day Express shipping, the support answered after a month that it is en route and I should be patient and then after couple of days I have received notification that now it is shipped. Arrived today, 3 months after they took my money!!! And I had to pay extra for customs because it was shipped from China, not the USA. Never recommending to anyone.

Great workout product on the go This review is for the product and my CS experience on two separate occasions. The product is really good quality. I purchased it for specific program and didn’t need the workout videos. I didn’t know that the purchasing the product would include a recurring subscription. CS at that time responded rudely and with much hostility, refusing to refund charges and continuing to charge despite giving a 30-day cancellation notice. On Jan 31, CS reach out to me again and refunded all charges beginning from the date of the cancellation notice. My experience with them was day-and-night better than the last one and was much more pleasant! For those looking for a HIIT product you can take to the park or the gym, I highly recommend this product.
