Given the shipping difficulties due to Covid-19, and vaccine distribution, I knew the timeliness of delivery would be delayed. BWSS always kept me updated on status of my items, so I didn’t have to initiate any contacts with them. Their updates were much appreciated. I didn’t feel like I was ignored like I experienced with other companies.

Buyer Beware Buyer Beware - my dumbbells broke within 3 months of receiving and the company won’t stand behind their product. Save your money and buy from a reputable company. Btw - this is my second time posting because the company deleted my prior post. They delete bad reviews off of their page.

Terrible Customer Service BWSS's customer support is terrible. The product I ordered came damaged. They acknowledge that this happens a lot, blamed it completly on the shipping company, and said I needed to settle it with them. After that proved to be a dead end, BWSS kept passing me back and forth between two people, Kira and Sarah, who each clearly didn't even bother reading the email thread and offered absolutely no help. They gave me the run around until I just gave up. Their products aren't unique, I suggest ordering from any other company.

All I got what excuses blaming the shipping company, not my issue, that's your issue and you should fix it. I got a sports equipment delivery in four days, in December! They've figured out, you should too. Ordered Oct 1st, arrived today, Dec 19th.

Great customer service. I received the adjustable dumbbells several months ago and have used it regularly. I had an issue with one of the dumbbells where the plastic piece that holds the weight broke off. This happened twice, several months apart. I emailed customer service both times and Kira responded very quickly and replaced the equipment with no issues. I appreciated very quick response and how effectively Kira solved my issues. Thank you!
