My Portable Gym Earlier this year, I recently purchased the Full Body Workout Pack. Recently, I ordered the Ankle Cuffs and more bands of various resistance to go along with the pack. Since then, I find more time working out at home than commiting myself to go to the gym. I also feel a lot better for it's tangible effect and more accomplished doing resistance training in one month versus all the times I've been going to the gym. I am happy and contented with the products because I am actually seeing real results.

Good bit of kit Good bit of kit , I was after something I could use at home instead of free weights and to be honest I’m glad I bought it I use it every day combined with cardio , if your thinking of something like this then don’t hesitate . Hope this helps

Bad logistics According to the Innstar web page INNSTAR® products are stored and distributed from our warehouses located in the United-States, Canada, Denmark, Germany, China, United-Kingdom. I live in Denmark but still the product was shipped from Chenlong in China. This not only resulted in extra import tax, a severe handling fee from the tax authorities - but also 12 days shipping time - all in all from the time I ordered til is was delivered it took 20 days. That's just not good enough

I bought the expert full body bench… I bought the expert full body bench resistance bands kit , so far everything worked amazing, and the bands didn't snap at all. I can get great workouts with the innstar resistance bands, i also got my strength back in 1 half week of constant training with the innstar resistance bands, the quality material is great, and they give you quite muscle tension when you're training. I will definitely buy more resistance bands from innstar to increase the weight. Great products and glad to be affiliated with them and sponsor their products, cause they really deserve it.
