My order is not lost. They just don’t know where it is! Sorry to say this. My bad review is based entirely on the fact I paid from order on the 20th of March. I even paid extra for the fast delivery (4 to 8 days). 21 days I still don’t know where my order is. As the tracking has stopped working, I have been assured that my order had not been lost. They just don’t know where it is!! I wonder if I will be given a refund for my fast delivery charge?

Bad logistics According to the Innstar web page INNSTAR® products are stored and distributed from our warehouses located in the United-States, Canada, Denmark, Germany, China, United-Kingdom. I live in Denmark but still the product was shipped from Chenlong in China. This not only resulted in extra import tax, a severe handling fee from the tax authorities - but also 12 days shipping time - all in all from the time I ordered til is was delivered it took 20 days. That's just not good enough

Great product, but… The product works great, but I spent a week going back and forth with their customer service. They changed the way the pull up assist connects to the pull up bar but didn’t update the instructions or the website description. It would also take a full day for each reply email to come through and the customer service rep didn’t seem to know about the problem I just described. Also, I’d prefer if it wasn’t made in China. The product is good enough quality that I would pay more for one that was made in the US.

Attention, they are SCAMMERS! I have ordered the workout package from them. 2 weeks have passed and no order was sent. I contacted them several times and each time they promised to send the order but they didn't. I received no tracking number from them. I asked for a refund which they completely ignored. In the end, I had to dispute the payment with my bank in order to recover the money. I advise everyone to avoid this merchant.
