Once it did arrive the box was badly damaged and open and missing 2 of the elastic bands, one of the door stoppers and one of the rubber handles. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Great product! Shipping could be faster. The pedal pull exercise equipment is well designed and of high quality. The company responded to my queries in a timely manner. It took longer than expected for the product to leave the factory and be transferred to FedEx. The company needs to work on being accurate in its description of when a product actually ships.

Attention, they are SCAMMERS! I have ordered the workout package from them. 2 weeks have passed and no order was sent. I contacted them several times and each time they promised to send the order but they didn't. I received no tracking number from them. I asked for a refund which they completely ignored. In the end, I had to dispute the payment with my bank in order to recover the money. I advise everyone to avoid this merchant.

Their products are top notch in quality and durability. I've actually made great gains from their bench press band replicating weighted bench press. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
