Shipping address issue/ received one month late I ordered a full body workout on November 17 and received an email that it was delivered November 22. I never received the package, so I emailed Innstar to see what the issue was. They stated that the address was correct and I would have to contact FedEx to resolve the issue. Per FedEx, the shipper put the incorrect address and was delivered to a completely different address. FedEx sent me a screenshot of the mailing information which I forwarded to Innstar. December 21st I received my workout equipment. I am satisfied with the product, however the hassle and time put into solving Innstar’s glitch was very frustrating. I feel that if I put the correct address, it wasn’t my duty be tracking down the package. Also it shouldn’t have taken a whole month for them to resend me another package when I put the correct address. Very frustrating but I can say once the equipment came I was pleased.

Bad logistics According to the Innstar web page INNSTAR® products are stored and distributed from our warehouses located in the United-States, Canada, Denmark, Germany, China, United-Kingdom. I live in Denmark but still the product was shipped from Chenlong in China. This not only resulted in extra import tax, a severe handling fee from the tax authorities - but also 12 days shipping time - all in all from the time I ordered til is was delivered it took 20 days. That's just not good enough

Unsafe product Unsafe product. Innstar take no responsibility for their product when things go wrong. Shift the blame onto someone else and ignore emails. Horrible company to deal with. Be warned that after slight use over a year the resistance bands will snap.

Excellent product, does exactly what’s advertised and motivates for more Excellent product. I’ve always wanted to work out with weights but don’t have the time to leave the house to go to the gym. Now I have this kit in my living room I’ve been using it everyday. Noticed my stamina going up and feeling a good pump. Everything you want in a home kit. Don’t hesitate, nows the time to start if you’re reading this. Delivery did take a while from the website but that was down to the courier and when I emailed innstar themselves about it, I was responded to within the day and very genuine responses at that. No return policy, be warned. No return policy, be warned. Same product, different websites, different prices, same company, be warned. Slow delivery despite guarantees otherwise, be warned. Product, meh. Just buy some resistance bands. The 'return policy' applies only if the product is not 'on sale', which, of course, all the products conveniently are.
