GBShipping address issue/ received one month late I ordered a full body workout on November 17 and received an email that it was delivered November 22. I never received the package, so I emailed Innstar to see what the issue was. They stated that the address was correct and I would have to contact FedEx to resolve the issue. Per FedEx, the shipper put the incorrect address and was delivered to a completely different address. FedEx sent me a screenshot of the mailing information which I forwarded to Innstar. December 21st I received my workout equipment. I am satisfied with the product, however the hassle and time put into solving Innstar’s glitch was very frustrating. I feel that if I put the correct address, it wasn’t my duty be tracking down the package. Also it shouldn’t have taken a whole month for them to resend me another package when I put the correct address. Very frustrating but I can say once the equipment came I was pleased.

BEAttention, they are SCAMMERS! I have ordered the workout package from them. 2 weeks have passed and no order was sent. I contacted them several times and each time they promised to send the order but they didn't. I received no tracking number from them. I asked for a refund which they completely ignored. In the end, I had to dispute the payment with my bank in order to recover the money. I advise everyone to avoid this merchant.

GBGood bit of kit Good bit of kit , I was after something I could use at home instead of free weights and to be honest I’m glad I bought it I use it every day combined with cardio , if your thinking of something like this then don’t hesitate . Hope this helps

GBMy Portable Gym Earlier this year, I recently purchased the Full Body Workout Pack. Recently, I ordered the Ankle Cuffs and more bands of various resistance to go along with the pack. Since then, I find more time working out at home than commiting myself to go to the gym. I also feel a lot better for it's tangible effect and more accomplished doing resistance training in one month versus all the times I've been going to the gym. I am happy and contented with the products because I am actually seeing real results.

GBMy order is not lost. They just don’t know where it is! Sorry to say this. My bad review is based entirely on the fact I paid from order on the 20th of March. I even paid extra for the fast delivery (4 to 8 days). 21 days I still don’t know where my order is. As the tracking has stopped working, I have been assured that my order had not been lost. They just don’t know where it is!! I wonder if I will be given a refund for my fast delivery charge?
