GBWorst Customer Service. I would give them a negative rating if I could I purchased 2 Kore 2.0 and the clasps on both of them fell off several times and were unfortunately lost. I contacted customer service and they said they would be sending replacements. I waited a month and still no replacements. I then resent an email requesting an eta for the replacements. Shortly after I received an email stating that the ticket would be closed because I had not responded. I responded again and received another email from Ruben stating that the issue would be taken care of shortly. I then received another email stating that the ticket would be closed because I had not responded. These people have no clue what customer service is.

GBNot just for professional athletes I've been introduced to KoreHealth products by Jason Manly, an elite level coach that I know because we both work with professional athletes. As I spend the biggest part of my day at a desk, I often find my lumbar area very contracted. So I've been using the vibrating ball and the foam roller to fight that or sciatic pain. Their use brought great relief. I am thankful for Jason for having introduced me to these devices!

GBI purchased 3 of the Korescale gen 2… I purchased 3 of the Korescale gen 2 scales for Christmas not realizing that they require a subscription of $20 per month for each scale. That is $720 per year!! I requested a return right away (on December 25th) and I got one email with a general response of "I will have a manager get back to you within 24hours" I have sent several more requests - NO response since. My reason for needing to return the watch & bands is this:: I have arthritic fingers and I am unable to use the band; cannot pull or push the clasp, thus cannot put the watch on or off.
