HERE IT IS AGAIN: 2420943005, dated 1-13-2024. My reason for needing to return the watch & bands is this:: I have arthritic fingers and I am unable to use the band; cannot pull or push the clasp, thus cannot put the watch on or off. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS LATEST COMMENT FROM ME. End of comment dated 2-11-24. PREVIOUS COMMENT: Have sent 'the form' requesting return instructions, several times. Have left voice mail, several times, requesting return instructions. No response!! Item was purchased 1-14, so the 30-day refund return period is near. All I want is instructions for returning the item.

Kore Scale Rip Off I have the scale and mind you it was great till they required a monthly prescription. Now I just have a scale. What a rip off. There were no subscription fees when I bought it. Time to donate it!

Since then, I found out that the koretrak can do way more - I can check some health metrics, sync with my cellphone for notifications, and track my sleep data. Great purchase for an incredible price.

Disappointed in the new "surprise"… Disappointed in the new "surprise" membership fee. The watch is just mediocre. I'll continue to use it to count steps, but $20 a month is unreasonable in my opinion. No thank you. I plan to delete the app. Saves me room on my phone and there's the bonus.

Ordered Korejet pulse(mini blender)… Ordered Korejet pulse(mini blender) Received wrong item a month later. Customer service challenged my complaint as if they had no quality control. After several emails they acknowledged wrong item sent. It's been 3 months since original order. Still never received. Was told item was lost in shipment and was offered a 30% discount and free shipping. Over 90 days item should be at no cost. This company should be out of business soon!
