Disappointed in the new "surprise"… Disappointed in the new "surprise" membership fee. The watch is just mediocre. I'll continue to use it to count steps, but $20 a month is unreasonable in my opinion. No thank you. I plan to delete the app. Saves me room on my phone and there's the bonus.

Real problems with this site over 1… Real problems with this site over 1 month ago I ordered and paid for one of their fitness watches despite numerous emails I still do not have it. It is nearly impossible to even get a half sensible response from them when you email requesting a date I could expect it’s delivery. The only reply is they do not have any details when it will be dispatched. This is possibly the worst experience I have ever had and sounds like a company in trouble.

I have a KoreHealth 2.0 fitness… I have a KoreHealth 2.0 fitness tracker. I have had it for about two months now. For the last tree days I have not been able to log in to the app! I have emailed customer service twice now and have not received a reply. Very poor customer service!

Worst Customer Service. I would give them a negative rating if I could I purchased 2 Kore 2.0 and the clasps on both of them fell off several times and were unfortunately lost. I contacted customer service and they said they would be sending replacements. I waited a month and still no replacements. I then resent an email requesting an eta for the replacements. Shortly after I received an email stating that the ticket would be closed because I had not responded. I responded again and received another email from Ruben stating that the issue would be taken care of shortly. I then received another email stating that the ticket would be closed because I had not responded. These people have no clue what customer service is.

Great product, great price! I bought the Korehealth vibrating massage ball and didn’t realize just how much my whole family would benefit from it. It works out the sore spots and knots like no other, has a few different pulses, and small enough to stick in my gym bag. Battery life is great, too. We’d definitely recommend this product, and I think I’m going to end up getting one for everyone in the family so I don’t have to share it. Perfect gift for someone who is very active, and even for someone who isn’t!
