Since then, I found out that the koretrak can do way more - I can check some health metrics, sync with my cellphone for notifications, and track my sleep data. My reason for needing to return the watch & bands is this:: I have arthritic fingers and I am unable to use the band; cannot pull or push the clasp, thus cannot put the watch on or off. I purchased the Kore Health Scale I purchased the Kore Health Scale. I was able to pair the app and use it with no problem for about a month. I can no longer get into the app. I have tried resetting the password. No luck. Created new account, nothing. Tried calling customer support only get VM with NO reply. Emailed no reply. Tried chat - waited an HOUR no one replied and then dropped. Customer Service SUCKS!! Returning it.

Appalling customer service, poor quality product and classic runaround tactics when trying to resolve issues.
