I can no longer get into the app. I have tried resetting the password. No luck. Created new account, nothing. Tried calling customer support only get VM with NO reply. Emailed no reply. Tried chat - waited an HOUR no one replied and then dropped. Customer Service SUCKS!! Returning it.

Look at the reviews under their other… Look at the reviews under their other name, KoreHealth.com. A company to be avoided at all costs. Appalling customer service, poor quality product and classic runaround tactics when trying to resolve issues. I’ve been providing my details, including the order number, for the last 2 months without any further contact from you regarding the faulty watch. Perhaps you could give me a phone number to call and talk to someone in your organisation.

A friend suggested me to buy the… A friend suggested me to buy the koretrak watch some months ago to follow up my fitness progress. Since then, I found out that the koretrak can do way more - I can check some health metrics, sync with my cellphone for notifications, and track my sleep data. Great purchase for an incredible price.

Disappointed in the new "surprise"… Disappointed in the new "surprise" membership fee. The watch is just mediocre. I'll continue to use it to count steps, but $20 a month is unreasonable in my opinion. No thank you. I plan to delete the app. Saves me room on my phone and there's the bonus.

After several emails they acknowledged wrong item sent. It's been 3 months since original order. Still never received. Was told item was lost in shipment and was offered a 30% discount and free shipping. Over 90 days item should be at no cost. This company should be out of business soon!
