GBAnother customer who would give zero… Another customer who would give zero stars. They should be shut down as they don’t have any system in place in relation to customer service and a returns policy. Don’t buy anything from these cowboys/criminals. You will be waving goodbye to money. The worst company I have ever dealt with in half a century. I hope they are sued millions of dollars for incompetence and arrogance. It has taken enormous will power not to use a string of f words in this review.

GBI purchased the Kore Health Scale I purchased the Kore Health Scale. I was able to pair the app and use it with no problem for about a month. I can no longer get into the app. I have tried resetting the password. No luck. Created new account, nothing. Tried calling customer support only get VM with NO reply. Emailed no reply. Tried chat - waited an HOUR no one replied and then dropped. Customer Service SUCKS!! Returning it.

GBOrdered Korejet pulse(mini blender)… Ordered Korejet pulse(mini blender) Received wrong item a month later. Customer service challenged my complaint as if they had no quality control. After several emails they acknowledged wrong item sent. It's been 3 months since original order. Still never received. Was told item was lost in shipment and was offered a 30% discount and free shipping. Over 90 days item should be at no cost. This company should be out of business soon!

GBWorst Customer Service. I would give them a negative rating if I could I purchased 2 Kore 2.0 and the clasps on both of them fell off several times and were unfortunately lost. I contacted customer service and they said they would be sending replacements. I waited a month and still no replacements. I then resent an email requesting an eta for the replacements. Shortly after I received an email stating that the ticket would be closed because I had not responded. I responded again and received another email from Ruben stating that the issue would be taken care of shortly. I then received another email stating that the ticket would be closed because I had not responded. These people have no clue what customer service is.

AUSome Disappointments. Like some others have experienced, my watch flashes on without me activating it. Somewhat of a nuisance during the night. Also, the watch band has to be the most difficult to do up that i have ever experienced. An improved band needs to be looked at. I know another person who bought the watch, and was so annoyed with the difficult band that she ended up giving the watch to her 7 year old granddaughter.
