Some Disappointments. Like some others have experienced, my watch flashes on without me activating it. Somewhat of a nuisance during the night. Also, the watch band has to be the most difficult to do up that i have ever experienced. An improved band needs to be looked at. I know another person who bought the watch, and was so annoyed with the difficult band that she ended up giving the watch to her 7 year old granddaughter.

A friend suggested me to buy the… A friend suggested me to buy the koretrak watch some months ago to follow up my fitness progress. Since then, I found out that the koretrak can do way more - I can check some health metrics, sync with my cellphone for notifications, and track my sleep data. Great purchase for an incredible price.

Another customer who would give zero… Another customer who would give zero stars. They should be shut down as they don’t have any system in place in relation to customer service and a returns policy. Don’t buy anything from these cowboys/criminals. You will be waving goodbye to money. The worst company I have ever dealt with in half a century. I hope they are sued millions of dollars for incompetence and arrogance. It has taken enormous will power not to use a string of f words in this review.

LACK OF CUSTOMER RESPONSE. Need return instructions for Kore2 Elite tracker Feb 11-2024: In response to your request for the order #, I have provided the order number to you several/multiple times in my attempts (both written and leaving voice messages) to get a response from you. HERE IT IS AGAIN: 2420943005, dated 1-13-2024. My reason for needing to return the watch & bands is this:: I have arthritic fingers and I am unable to use the band; cannot pull or push the clasp, thus cannot put the watch on or off. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS LATEST COMMENT FROM ME. End of comment dated 2-11-24. PREVIOUS COMMENT: Have sent 'the form' requesting return instructions, several times. Have left voice mail, several times, requesting return instructions. No response!! Item was purchased 1-14, so the 30-day refund return period is near. All I want is instructions for returning the item.

Kore Scale Rip Off I have the scale and mind you it was great till they required a monthly prescription. Now I just have a scale. What a rip off. There were no subscription fees when I bought it. Time to donate it!
