Worst Customer Service. I would give them a negative rating if I could I purchased 2 Kore 2.0 and the clasps on both of them fell off several times and were unfortunately lost. I contacted customer service and they said they would be sending replacements. I waited a month and still no replacements. I then resent an email requesting an eta for the replacements. Shortly after I received an email stating that the ticket would be closed because I had not responded. I responded again and received another email from Ruben stating that the issue would be taken care of shortly. I then received another email stating that the ticket would be closed because I had not responded. These people have no clue what customer service is.

Performance & Recovery I was fortunate enough to work with Korehealth and help collaborate a Workout Wednesday with them! Super easy to get along with the photographer and reviewing all of the exercises! In return, I received a Kore Surge. Whether I’m in the gym, at the mountains, or in my living room, I don’t travel anywhere without it. Super convenient and easy to use and not to mention it feels great after a tough workout !

Very inaccurate statistics.....? Appears good quality, fits nicely and is comfortable to wear.. however the steps and sleep functions are extremely inaccurate and way off the mark.. I am currently wearing my Samsung watch on one arm and my Kore on the other.. presently my Samsung states I have completed 3104 steps today whilst the Kore states I have completed a massive 6453...!! The sleep stats are also similarly way off..? I am seriously considering sending the Kore back..? Has anyone else had a similar issue.?

Kore Scale Rip Off I have the scale and mind you it was great till they required a monthly prescription. Now I just have a scale. What a rip off. There were no subscription fees when I bought it. Time to donate it!

Another customer who would give zero… Another customer who would give zero stars. They should be shut down as they don’t have any system in place in relation to customer service and a returns policy. Don’t buy anything from these cowboys/criminals. You will be waving goodbye to money. The worst company I have ever dealt with in half a century. I hope they are sued millions of dollars for incompetence and arrogance. It has taken enormous will power not to use a string of f words in this review.
