Not just for professional athletes I've been introduced to KoreHealth products by Jason Manly, an elite level coach that I know because we both work with professional athletes. As I spend the biggest part of my day at a desk, I often find my lumbar area very contracted. So I've been using the vibrating ball and the foam roller to fight that or sciatic pain. Their use brought great relief. I am thankful for Jason for having introduced me to these devices!

I purchased 3 of the Korescale gen 2… I purchased 3 of the Korescale gen 2 scales for Christmas not realizing that they require a subscription of $20 per month for each scale. That is $720 per year!! I requested a return right away (on December 25th) and I got one email with a general response of "I will have a manager get back to you within 24hours" I have sent several more requests - NO response since. Some Disappointments. Like some others have experienced, my watch flashes on without me activating it. Somewhat of a nuisance during the night. Also, the watch band has to be the most difficult to do up that i have ever experienced. An improved band needs to be looked at. I know another person who bought the watch, and was so annoyed with the difficult band that she ended up giving the watch to her 7 year old granddaughter.

Do not buy from this company! I bought 2 scales as Christmas gifts not realizing you need to pay an annual fee to be able to use all the scale features. I have been trying to return the scales since December 26. Nobody will respond to me with information on how to return the scales. I would never recommend buying anything from this company!!!

Ordered Korejet pulse(mini blender)… Ordered Korejet pulse(mini blender) Received wrong item a month later. Customer service challenged my complaint as if they had no quality control. After several emails they acknowledged wrong item sent. It's been 3 months since original order. Still never received. Was told item was lost in shipment and was offered a 30% discount and free shipping. Over 90 days item should be at no cost. This company should be out of business soon!
