My reason for needing to return the watch & bands is this:: I have arthritic fingers and I am unable to use the band; cannot pull or push the clasp, thus cannot put the watch on or off. Don’t buy anything from these cowboys/criminals. You will be waving goodbye to money. The worst company I have ever dealt with in half a century.
