Do not buy from this company! I bought 2 scales as Christmas gifts not realizing you need to pay an annual fee to be able to use all the scale features. I have been trying to return the scales since December 26. Nobody will respond to me with information on how to return the scales. I would never recommend buying anything from this company!!!

I purchased 3 of the Korescale gen 2… I purchased 3 of the Korescale gen 2 scales for Christmas not realizing that they require a subscription of $20 per month for each scale. That is $720 per year!! I requested a return right away (on December 25th) and I got one email with a general response of "I will have a manager get back to you within 24hours" I have sent several more requests - NO response since. Appalling customer service, poor quality product and classic runaround tactics when trying to resolve issues. I’ve been providing my details, including the order number, for the last 2 months without any further contact from you regarding the faulty watch. Not just for professional athletes I've been introduced to KoreHealth products by Jason Manly, an elite level coach that I know because we both work with professional athletes. As I spend the biggest part of my day at a desk, I often find my lumbar area very contracted. So I've been using the vibrating ball and the foam roller to fight that or sciatic pain.
