I purchased 3 of the Korescale gen 2… I purchased 3 of the Korescale gen 2 scales for Christmas not realizing that they require a subscription of $20 per month for each scale. That is $720 per year!! I requested a return right away (on December 25th) and I got one email with a general response of "I will have a manager get back to you within 24hours" I have sent several more requests - NO response since. I have a KoreHealth 2.0 fitness… I have a KoreHealth 2.0 fitness tracker. I have had it for about two months now. For the last tree days I have not been able to log in to the app! I have emailed customer service twice now and have not received a reply. Very poor customer service!

Ordered Korejet pulse(mini blender)… Ordered Korejet pulse(mini blender) Received wrong item a month later. Customer service challenged my complaint as if they had no quality control. After several emails they acknowledged wrong item sent. It's been 3 months since original order. Still never received. Was told item was lost in shipment and was offered a 30% discount and free shipping. Over 90 days item should be at no cost. This company should be out of business soon!
