Very inaccurate statistics.....? Appears good quality, fits nicely and is comfortable to wear.. however the steps and sleep functions are extremely inaccurate and way off the mark.. I am currently wearing my Samsung watch on one arm and my Kore on the other.. presently my Samsung states I have completed 3104 steps today whilst the Kore states I have completed a massive 6453...!! The sleep stats are also similarly way off..? I am seriously considering sending the Kore back..? Has anyone else had a similar issue.?

I purchased 3 of the Korescale gen 2… I purchased 3 of the Korescale gen 2 scales for Christmas not realizing that they require a subscription of $20 per month for each scale. That is $720 per year!! I requested a return right away (on December 25th) and I got one email with a general response of "I will have a manager get back to you within 24hours" I have sent several more requests - NO response since. Amazing products Amazing products. I train very often and the koresphere is a staple in my routine. It helps me warm up properly to enhance my range of motion before a training session and it helps my muscles relax after a hard training session. Just one example of the great procure this brand has to offer. I highly recommend all of their products to anyone who takes their training seriously and wants to remain pain free.

Do not buy from this company! I bought 2 scales as Christmas gifts not realizing you need to pay an annual fee to be able to use all the scale features. I have been trying to return the scales since December 26. Nobody will respond to me with information on how to return the scales. I would never recommend buying anything from this company!!!

Another customer who would give zero… Another customer who would give zero stars. They should be shut down as they don’t have any system in place in relation to customer service and a returns policy. Don’t buy anything from these cowboys/criminals. You will be waving goodbye to money. The worst company I have ever dealt with in half a century. I hope they are sued millions of dollars for incompetence and arrogance. It has taken enormous will power not to use a string of f words in this review.
