Disappointed in the new "surprise"… Disappointed in the new "surprise" membership fee. The watch is just mediocre. I'll continue to use it to count steps, but $20 a month is unreasonable in my opinion. No thank you. I plan to delete the app. Saves me room on my phone and there's the bonus.

LACK OF CUSTOMER RESPONSE. Need return instructions for Kore2 Elite tracker Feb 11-2024: In response to your request for the order #, I have provided the order number to you several/multiple times in my attempts (both written and leaving voice messages) to get a response from you. HERE IT IS AGAIN: 2420943005, dated 1-13-2024. My reason for needing to return the watch & bands is this:: I have arthritic fingers and I am unable to use the band; cannot pull or push the clasp, thus cannot put the watch on or off. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS LATEST COMMENT FROM ME. End of comment dated 2-11-24. PREVIOUS COMMENT: Have sent 'the form' requesting return instructions, several times. Have left voice mail, several times, requesting return instructions. No response!! Item was purchased 1-14, so the 30-day refund return period is near. All I want is instructions for returning the item.

Look at the reviews under their other… Look at the reviews under their other name, KoreHealth.com. A company to be avoided at all costs. Appalling customer service, poor quality product and classic runaround tactics when trying to resolve issues. I’ve been providing my details, including the order number, for the last 2 months without any further contact from you regarding the faulty watch. Perhaps you could give me a phone number to call and talk to someone in your organisation.

I have a KoreHealth 2.0 fitness… I have a KoreHealth 2.0 fitness tracker. I have had it for about two months now. For the last tree days I have not been able to log in to the app! I have emailed customer service twice now and have not received a reply. Very poor customer service!

Performance & Recovery I was fortunate enough to work with Korehealth and help collaborate a Workout Wednesday with them! Super easy to get along with the photographer and reviewing all of the exercises! In return, I received a Kore Surge. Whether I’m in the gym, at the mountains, or in my living room, I don’t travel anywhere without it. Super convenient and easy to use and not to mention it feels great after a tough workout !
