GBGreat product, great price! I bought the Korehealth vibrating massage ball and didn’t realize just how much my whole family would benefit from it. It works out the sore spots and knots like no other, has a few different pulses, and small enough to stick in my gym bag. Battery life is great, too. We’d definitely recommend this product, and I think I’m going to end up getting one for everyone in the family so I don’t have to share it. Perfect gift for someone who is very active, and even for someone who isn’t!

GBNot just for professional athletes I've been introduced to KoreHealth products by Jason Manly, an elite level coach that I know because we both work with professional athletes. As I spend the biggest part of my day at a desk, I often find my lumbar area very contracted. So I've been using the vibrating ball and the foam roller to fight that or sciatic pain. Their use brought great relief. I am thankful for Jason for having introduced me to these devices!

GBI purchased the Kore Health Scale I purchased the Kore Health Scale. I was able to pair the app and use it with no problem for about a month. I can no longer get into the app. I have tried resetting the password. No luck. Created new account, nothing. Tried calling customer support only get VM with NO reply. Emailed no reply. Tried chat - waited an HOUR no one replied and then dropped. Customer Service SUCKS!! Returning it.

GBAnother customer who would give zero… Another customer who would give zero stars. They should be shut down as they don’t have any system in place in relation to customer service and a returns policy. Don’t buy anything from these cowboys/criminals. You will be waving goodbye to money. The worst company I have ever dealt with in half a century. I hope they are sued millions of dollars for incompetence and arrogance. It has taken enormous will power not to use a string of f words in this review.

Appalling customer service, poor quality product and classic runaround tactics when trying to resolve issues. I’ve been providing my details, including the order number, for the last 2 months without any further contact from you regarding the faulty watch. Perhaps you could give me a phone number to call and talk to someone in your organisation.
