I purchased 3 of the Korescale gen 2… I purchased 3 of the Korescale gen 2 scales for Christmas not realizing that they require a subscription of $20 per month for each scale. That is $720 per year!! I requested a return right away (on December 25th) and I got one email with a general response of "I will have a manager get back to you within 24hours" I have sent several more requests - NO response since. Appalling customer service, poor quality product and classic runaround tactics when trying to resolve issues. I’ve been providing my details, including the order number, for the last 2 months without any further contact from you regarding the faulty watch. A friend suggested me to buy the… A friend suggested me to buy the koretrak watch some months ago to follow up my fitness progress. Since then, I found out that the koretrak can do way more - I can check some health metrics, sync with my cellphone for notifications, and track my sleep data. Great purchase for an incredible price.

Great product, great price! I bought the Korehealth vibrating massage ball and didn’t realize just how much my whole family would benefit from it. It works out the sore spots and knots like no other, has a few different pulses, and small enough to stick in my gym bag. Battery life is great, too. We’d definitely recommend this product, and I think I’m going to end up getting one for everyone in the family so I don’t have to share it. Perfect gift for someone who is very active, and even for someone who isn’t!
