Appalling customer service, poor quality product and classic runaround tactics when trying to resolve issues. Some Disappointments. Like some others have experienced, my watch flashes on without me activating it. Somewhat of a nuisance during the night. Also, the watch band has to be the most difficult to do up that i have ever experienced. An improved band needs to be looked at. I know another person who bought the watch, and was so annoyed with the difficult band that she ended up giving the watch to her 7 year old granddaughter.

I have a KoreHealth 2.0 fitness… I have a KoreHealth 2.0 fitness tracker. I have had it for about two months now. For the last tree days I have not been able to log in to the app! I have emailed customer service twice now and have not received a reply. Very poor customer service!

Very inaccurate statistics.....? Appears good quality, fits nicely and is comfortable to wear.. however the steps and sleep functions are extremely inaccurate and way off the mark.. I am currently wearing my Samsung watch on one arm and my Kore on the other.. presently my Samsung states I have completed 3104 steps today whilst the Kore states I have completed a massive 6453...!! The sleep stats are also similarly way off..? I am seriously considering sending the Kore back..? Has anyone else had a similar issue.?
