Do not buy from this company! I bought 2 scales as Christmas gifts not realizing you need to pay an annual fee to be able to use all the scale features. I have been trying to return the scales since December 26. Nobody will respond to me with information on how to return the scales. I would never recommend buying anything from this company!!!

Appalling customer service, poor quality product and classic runaround tactics when trying to resolve issues. Worst Customer Service. I would give them a negative rating if I could I purchased 2 Kore 2.0 and the clasps on both of them fell off several times and were unfortunately lost. I contacted customer service and they said they would be sending replacements. I waited a month and still no replacements. I then resent an email requesting an eta for the replacements. Shortly after I received an email stating that the ticket would be closed because I had not responded. I responded again and received another email from Ruben stating that the issue would be taken care of shortly. I then received another email stating that the ticket would be closed because I had not responded. These people have no clue what customer service is.
