GBReal problems with this site over 1… Real problems with this site over 1 month ago I ordered and paid for one of their fitness watches despite numerous emails I still do not have it. It is nearly impossible to even get a half sensible response from them when you email requesting a date I could expect it’s delivery. The only reply is they do not have any details when it will be dispatched. This is possibly the worst experience I have ever had and sounds like a company in trouble.

GBDisappointed in the new "surprise"… Disappointed in the new "surprise" membership fee. The watch is just mediocre. I'll continue to use it to count steps, but $20 a month is unreasonable in my opinion. No thank you. I plan to delete the app. Saves me room on my phone and there's the bonus.

Need return instructions for Kore2 Elite tracker Feb 11-2024: In response to your request for the order #, I have provided the order number to you several/multiple times in my attempts (both written and leaving voice messages) to get a response from you. HERE IT IS AGAIN: 2420943005, dated 1-13-2024. My reason for needing to return the watch & bands is this:: I have arthritic fingers and I am unable to use the band; cannot pull or push the clasp, thus cannot put the watch on or off. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS LATEST COMMENT FROM ME. End of comment dated 2-11-24. PREVIOUS COMMENT: Have sent 'the form' requesting return instructions, several times. Have left voice mail, several times, requesting return instructions. No response!! Item was purchased 1-14, so the 30-day refund return period is near. All I want is instructions for returning the item.

GBOrdered Korejet pulse(mini blender)… Ordered Korejet pulse(mini blender) Received wrong item a month later. Customer service challenged my complaint as if they had no quality control. After several emails they acknowledged wrong item sent. It's been 3 months since original order. Still never received. Was told item was lost in shipment and was offered a 30% discount and free shipping. Over 90 days item should be at no cost. This company should be out of business soon!

GBI purchased the Kore Health Scale I purchased the Kore Health Scale. I was able to pair the app and use it with no problem for about a month. I can no longer get into the app. I have tried resetting the password. No luck. Created new account, nothing. Tried calling customer support only get VM with NO reply. Emailed no reply. Tried chat - waited an HOUR no one replied and then dropped. Customer Service SUCKS!! Returning it.
