Trial is a SCAM! They'll continue to charge after cancelling. I signed up for the FREE trial on April 6, 2020 and cancelled the trial on April 10, 2020. Daily Burn has continued to charge my credit card $19.95 per month for over 1 year. I only noticed recently when doing my 2020 taxes. I contacted the company by Facebook Messenger and email multiple times without a response. They finally responded today (April 20, 2021) and said that it's my responsibility to cancel the trial (which I did, but wasn't processed correctly on their end). They only offered a 1-month refund rather than the entire $239.40 (12 months) that they scammed out of me. I've filed chargebacks with my credit card and I'm also attempting to file a BBB report.

Embarassing that they ignore support requests until people write a review on here, and they respond offering to "help" at the support email address. FYI, I emailed them multiple times and haven't heard back. They've been secretly charging me for months with no notification after a free trial and it's nearly impossible to cancel. The website "doesn't recognize" my email address, even though that's the only address I registered from. Now I'm forced to cancel my card as a last resort. What a money grab Seriously, save yourself the time and hassle and just sign up with Classpass or another reputable site.

I have been using Daily Burn since… I have been using Daily Burn since 2017. They have never charged me more than their expected monthly fee. I love DB365, their show that alternates live workouts with taped so that we can do a different workout each day, and has a Facebook group to support the community using the app. I was sad to see they obviously got into a compromising situation with another company here that earned them some bad reviews. Business partnerships can sometimes be a bad deal. Thought I’d put in a good word for the company and share my two cents.

9.97 UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE I was charged through my banking account a charge of $9.97 from your company. I have never been to your site much less given any personal information or permission to charge my bank account the amount. I see this has happened repeatedly to others with the same situation. This must be rectified immediately.

Fraudulent charges I also never signed up with this company, I never even visited their website before but a couple weeks ago noticed a fraudulent charge on my debit card from them. I have no idea how they got my information! I imagine they've been hacked or something... but this company needs to figure this out because this is ridiculous.
