USUnauthorized Charges Charged twice on same day $31 and $63 when I only requested a 30 day free trial. Total scam.

USUnauthorized Charges I was a member back in 2016 before moving on and quitting the program. In June they randomly charged me $15 - no idea why, or that this company still had my credit card information. Then a couple of days ago they charged me $59.99 - and luckily my husband caught it hitting our bank account. I never found out what I was charged for, why all of a sudden this hit my account, etc. I have arthritis in my ankle and can't do aerobics, hopefully it will improve but I walk with a cane most of the time. Had trouble getting an itemized explanation and refunded, but bank became involved and I did get my money back.

USDO NOT RECOMMEND I can no longer recommend Daily Burn as an online workout service. I have been using Daily Burn since 2015. It was great up until a week ago when they decided to fire all of their trainers and host AND canceled the 365 program. When this happened they made no effort to contact their subscribers other than a random Facebook post only used by less than a 1/4 of their customers. On this same Facebook group if anyone complained about the abrupt changes with no warning their comments were deleted and they were removed from the group. When they made this big change they also refused refunds to anyone who subscribed to their program. The majority of the subscribers signed up being told they’d get new 365 workouts every day. They no longer offer anything worth the money they are charging & are charging random amounts to everyone across the board. Stay far far away from such a sketchy company!

USI have been using Daily Burn since… I have been using Daily Burn since 2017. They have never charged me more than their expected monthly fee. I love DB365, their show that alternates live workouts with taped so that we can do a different workout each day, and has a Facebook group to support the community using the app. I was sad to see they obviously got into a compromising situation with another company here that earned them some bad reviews. Business partnerships can sometimes be a bad deal. Thought I’d put in a good word for the company and share my two cents.

USAdvertised offer not applied, no response from customer service. [See update at end] Signed up through an offer on American Express which offered 3 months complimentary service followed by 1 year at a discounted rate. After signing up, only the standard one month free service was shown, and no mention of future reduced rate. Emailed support on Jan 17, reminder on Jan 21, and then contacted them via web site on Jan 23. Company has not responded even once, even though they claim to respond to every email "within two business days or less". Would like to have the offer applied, or subscription canceled. [Update] Received a response with an apology for delay due to technical issues. The offer was applied and this issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
