USUnauthorized Monthly Charges After Cancelation Like many others, we have been charged again and again after cancelling. I am now handling with my bank, and reporting as fraud. They do not accept "Customer Inquiries" via phone when called and you must rely on email communications.

USApparently Daily Burn got my debit card… Apparently Daily Burn got my debit card info and just ran hog wild on the monthly subscription even though I never used it and never knew about it. Hopefully they refund my money too. I can't wait to get my hollow response of "we are so sorry your information was compromised". As far as I can tell it has not been compromised since Daily Burn is the only company charging my account without my knowledge.

AUUnauthorised Charges Just received a notification for a subscription charge I never signed up for. I downloaded the app maybe a month ago, but have not had the time to make an account OR even start a trial. The subscription does not even exist in my Apple settings, so quite unsure as to how they've started charging me. Have e-mailed the support team, but quite upsetting that I have to waste time into getting a refund.

USBogus charges...prompt and courteous refund Two months of charges appeared on our bank statement that we did not make. After contacting their customer service, we found out it was connected to an email address that was not ours. They promptly and courteously refunded those charges. No idea how it happened, (and we had our bank close that card, of course), but I'm quite happy with their customer service!

USFraudulent charges I also never signed up with this company, I never even visited their website before but a couple weeks ago noticed a fraudulent charge on my debit card from them. I have no idea how they got my information! I imagine they've been hacked or something... but this company needs to figure this out because this is ridiculous.
