USThe web site sucks, everything else OK The products I ordered were properly sent and came on time, and the prices were reasonable. But the web site experience in ordering and tracking my order sucked, big time. I have emailed Jeff Summitt with details of the web site deficiencies. I hope they are taken seriously enough to do something about.

USWhat's not to like What's not to like? I've been a customer of Hireko for the past 25 years. Being a left-handed golfer, clubs are hard to come by. I have made three sets of clubs for myself. It is great that the products: shaft, clubhead and grips have been mostly available except during the shipping issues during COVID. Pricing is attractive and the clubs came out great.

USHave used Hireko for years and never… Have used Hireko for years and never had a complaint or a problem. Anytime I spoke with customer service they were very polite and helpful. I actually bought a couple of extra Flippers and Chippers and gave them to friends to try.

USLong time to ship product. When I placed my order, it took several days before I received shipping notification. I did email the company when my order would be shipped but no reply. It wasn't until my 2nd email that I finally received a reply that it takes 3-5 business days to process the order. I guess I'm spoiled by other companies who ship out orders immediately. Two of their competitors, Value Golf & Monark ship out the same or next day. They have a great catalog but I will think twice before ordering from Hireko.
