The web site sucks, everything else OK The products I ordered were properly sent and came on time, and the prices were reasonable. But the web site experience in ordering and tracking my order sucked, big time. I have emailed Jeff Summitt with details of the web site deficiencies. I hope they are taken seriously enough to do something about.

Received order today Received order today. All in good shape. Missing the SuperStroke grips they were not available anymore but we’re still on the web site. No biggie, just ordered a different model. Otherwise a big Thank You.

Easy ordering Easy ordering. Received completed club in a timely manner. Club was well put together. Shaft, head and grip bv exactly what I wanted and I received a beautiful finished product.

Their order is being handled promptly and professionally First of all I never got an email telling me that my order had been shipped so I also never got an email telling me when to expect the delivery nor how it was being shipped, ie ground UPS, FEDEX, USPS. I could only assume it would be USPS but no delivery date. Since I was in no rush I just had to wait until it was delivered which was yesterday. Otherwise I am happy, now I have to assemble the club and test it out. Hopefully I can this coming Friday.
