USGot my first Eagle Eye and was… Got my first Eagle Eye and was experiencing measurement issues. I contacted customer service and they had me do some tech checks. I took the rangefinder back on the course and still experienced issues. I talked to Rob Connelly and he said he would immediately exchange. Within 4 days I had a new Eagle Eye and returned the old one. Replacement works perfectly. Many thanks to Rob and his team for their professionalism. USSlope and Price - Great Rangefinder I ordered the this rangefinder because of the slope capability and the price. I had purchased and returned two other types because they were not accurate on the distances on even level shots. I shot this rangefinder and then shot with my Bushnell rangefinder and it was exactly the same distance over 95% of time, the other 5% showed a 1 yard difference. This was then confirmed with a sprinkler head with distance on it to center of green. I love it and gave my son my Bushnell rangefinder because I have that much trust in this one.

USBought a 10$ mat and got charged 50$… Nice practice mat at a good price. I don’t like the idea of being automatically signed up for a $49.95 Monthly subscription when you purchase something but I was eventually able to cancel at no cost. The mobile version of the Website is a bit hard to use.

USAn “Ace” for Eagle Eye Rangefinders My concern when purchasing any product is a companies follow through is something goes wrong. USGreat customer service! This company was fantastic to work with! I made a mistake with my initial online order, called and was able to talk to an actual representative right away who helped me cancel that order and order the correct item. The item arrived in a matter of days. Due to my initial mistake, there was a billing issue that I was able to call about and get resolved right away as well. AMAZING customer service!
