Got my first Eagle Eye and was… Got my first Eagle Eye and was experiencing measurement issues. I contacted customer service and they had me do some tech checks. I took the rangefinder back on the course and still experienced issues. I talked to Rob Connelly and he said he would immediately exchange. Within 4 days I had a new Eagle Eye and returned the old one. Replacement works perfectly. Many thanks to Rob and his team for their professionalism. An “Ace” for Eagle Eye Rangefinders My concern when purchasing any product is a companies follow through is something goes wrong. A problem did occurred with my Eagle Eye Rangefinder, and with one call to the company, a new rangefinder is on the way. No hassle service has me a believer in this company! Thanks Eagle Eye!! cancelling is to hard for this so called academy you can't cancel this so called academy. After posting this the company reached out and cancelled the 'subscription' which is automatically added when you order any "sale" items they have. But the "Cancellation" button on the website doesn't work, so you would have to hunt thru legal paragraphs to find where to call or email. If you are going to put a "Cancel" button on your site you should make sure it works.

My husband loved his birthday gift! My husband was so excited to receive his range finder for his birthday. He is looking forward to shaving a few strokes off his score (and so am I). The item arrived on time, as promised, and I look forward to doing business with My Golfing Store again.

Awesome service and experience It took several outings to work, get use to, and still sometimes hard to work properly, meaning it's like the pin , it's way far off, and sometimes it's super close and working properly. Don't know why that's happening, after putting it in the right mode. Couldn't read 3 holes yesterday yardage wise. Never configured
