GBI called about inconsistencies with my new Eagle Eye Rangefinder I called about my Eagle Eye rangefinder. I was often getting incorrect readings & was very frustrated. The gentleman I spoke to was very patient & told me how to calibrate it. The instructions said nothing about the need for calibration. He was very helpful & made note of our conversation. Told me to call back if I had further problems. This rangefinder is a bit different from my others, but I’ve finally gotten the hang of it & am getting correct readings.

GBI haven't played again recently due to the recent weather in California.No review yet on My Eagle Eye Rangefinder from My… My Eagle Eye Rangefinder from My Golfing Store arrived and looks great. I misplaced the Operation Manual and have yet to use it. I tried once and may have installed a dead battery. I am hopeful and excited to use it in the future. Due to recent rains in California, I have not yet had the opportunity but will try it again soon. My Golfing Store has been very responsive in following up with me and resolving my initial concerns.

GBGreat customer service! This company was fantastic to work with! I made a mistake with my initial online order, called and was able to talk to an actual representative right away who helped me cancel that order and order the correct item. The item arrived in a matter of days. Due to my initial mistake, there was a billing issue that I was able to call about and get resolved right away as well. AMAZING customer service!

GBVery happy with this rangefinder Very happy with this rangefinder. At virtually half the price of the name brand competition, I’m very impressed with its accuracy. I also have it permanently set on “slope”. Only constructive criticism is that the magnet should be built in. Thanks for saving me lots of $$$.

GBBought a 10$ mat and got charged 50$… Nice practice mat at a good price. I don’t like the idea of being automatically signed up for a $49.95 Monthly subscription when you purchase something but I was eventually able to cancel at no cost. The mobile version of the Website is a bit hard to use.
