Bought a 10$ mat and got charged 50$… Nice practice mat at a good price. I don’t like the idea of being automatically signed up for a $49.95 Monthly subscription when you purchase something but I was eventually able to cancel at no cost. The mobile version of the Website is a bit hard to use.

I called about inconsistencies with my new Eagle Eye Rangefinder I called about my Eagle Eye rangefinder. I was often getting incorrect readings & was very frustrated. The gentleman I spoke to was very patient & told me how to calibrate it. The instructions said nothing about the need for calibration. He was very helpful & made note of our conversation. Told me to call back if I had further problems. This rangefinder is a bit different from my others, but I’ve finally gotten the hang of it & am getting correct readings.

I wish I could give zero stars I bought a rangefinder from MGS and have no issues with the rangefinder so far. Shortly thereafter I received an email advising me of the benefits of their Loyalty Program. I responded in writing that I did not sign up for the loyalty program and they were not authorised to charge my credit card. A few weeks later I received a $29 charge on my credit card. I have now contacted the fraud department of my bank to get this resolved. This is not a reputable company.

An “Ace” for Eagle Eye Rangefinders My concern when purchasing any product is a companies follow through is something goes wrong. A problem did occurred with my Eagle Eye Rangefinder, and with one call to the company, a new rangefinder is on the way. No hassle service has me a believer in this company! Thanks Eagle Eye!! cancelling is to hard for this so called academy you can't cancel this so called academy. After posting this the company reached out and cancelled the 'subscription' which is automatically added when you order any "sale" items they have. But the "Cancellation" button on the website doesn't work, so you would have to hunt thru legal paragraphs to find where to call or email. If you are going to put a "Cancel" button on your site you should make sure it works.
