Awesome service and experience It took several outings to work, get use to, and still sometimes hard to work properly, meaning it's like the pin , it's way far off, and sometimes it's super close and working properly. Don't know why that's happening, after putting it in the right mode. Couldn't read 3 holes yesterday yardage wise. Never configured

I made a mistake with my initial online order, called and was able to talk to an actual representative right away who helped me cancel that order and order the correct item. The item arrived in a matter of days. Due to my initial mistake, there was a billing issue that I was able to call about and get resolved right away as well. AMAZING customer service!

An “Ace” for Eagle Eye Rangefinders My concern when purchasing any product is a companies follow through is something goes wrong. Eagle Eye Range Finder I recently purchased an eagle eye ranger finder. It worked fine, but the magnetic strap (purchased separately) malfunctioned, causing the range finder to fall from my cart and get ran over. After contacting My Golfing Store, they replaced the rangefinder at no cost. I really appreciate a company that stands by their products! Thank you! I'll be a repeat customer!

FREE OFFER costs 9.95 plus 49.95 in hidden subscription I responded to a free offer...just pay for shipping. Ha! I paid the 9.95 shipping for a piece of plastic with 4 plastic cylinders that get placed on the piece of plastic...the whole item would have sold in a dollar store and with USPS 2day shipping for 6.95 I would have saved $2 ...assuming I would have bought the garbage in the first place.... a couple weeks later I get a 49.95 charge for unknown reasons. I wrote them an email but no response. This business is predatory and a scam. Just shy of a bait and switch con! I'm reporting them to the FTC BBB and any other alphabet I can find, not to mention my State's IG office. They have no ethics. Stay clear!
