GBI called about inconsistencies with my new Eagle Eye Rangefinder I called about my Eagle Eye rangefinder. I was often getting incorrect readings & was very frustrated. The gentleman I spoke to was very patient & told me how to calibrate it. The instructions said nothing about the need for calibration. He was very helpful & made note of our conversation. Told me to call back if I had further problems. This rangefinder is a bit different from my others, but I’ve finally gotten the hang of it & am getting correct readings.

GBVery happy with this rangefinder Very happy with this rangefinder. At virtually half the price of the name brand competition, I’m very impressed with its accuracy. I also have it permanently set on “slope”. Only constructive criticism is that the magnet should be built in. Thanks for saving me lots of $$$.

GBI ordered a rangefinder in August that… I ordered a rangefinder in August that I like very much little did I know I started getting charged$29 a month that the Golf store will continue to charge your credit card with and told the day you die a little ridiculous fellas kind of shady

GBSlope and Price - Great Rangefinder I ordered the this rangefinder because of the slope capability and the price. I had purchased and returned two other types because they were not accurate on the distances on even level shots. I shot this rangefinder and then shot with my Bushnell rangefinder and it was exactly the same distance over 95% of time, the other 5% showed a 1 yard difference. This was then confirmed with a sprinkler head with distance on it to center of green. I love it and gave my son my Bushnell rangefinder because I have that much trust in this one.

GBGot my first Eagle Eye and was… Got my first Eagle Eye and was experiencing measurement issues. I contacted customer service and they had me do some tech checks. I took the rangefinder back on the course and still experienced issues. I talked to Rob Connelly and he said he would immediately exchange. Within 4 days I had a new Eagle Eye and returned the old one. Replacement works perfectly. Many thanks to Rob and his team for their professionalism.
