GBI called about inconsistencies with my new Eagle Eye Rangefinder I called about my Eagle Eye rangefinder. I was often getting incorrect readings & was very frustrated. The gentleman I spoke to was very patient & told me how to calibrate it. The instructions said nothing about the need for calibration. He was very helpful & made note of our conversation. Told me to call back if I had further problems. This rangefinder is a bit different from my others, but I’ve finally gotten the hang of it & am getting correct readings.

GBAn “Ace” for Eagle Eye Rangefinders My concern when purchasing any product is a companies follow through is something goes wrong. A problem did occurred with my Eagle Eye Rangefinder, and with one call to the company, a new rangefinder is on the way. No hassle service has me a believer in this company! Thanks Eagle Eye!! CAI wish I could give zero stars I bought a rangefinder from MGS and have no issues with the rangefinder so far. Shortly thereafter I received an email advising me of the benefits of their Loyalty Program. I responded in writing that I did not sign up for the loyalty program and they were not authorised to charge my credit card. A few weeks later I received a $29 charge on my credit card. I have now contacted the fraud department of my bank to get this resolved. This is not a reputable company.

GBGot my first Eagle Eye and was… Got my first Eagle Eye and was experiencing measurement issues. I contacted customer service and they had me do some tech checks. I took the rangefinder back on the course and still experienced issues. I talked to Rob Connelly and he said he would immediately exchange. Within 4 days I had a new Eagle Eye and returned the old one. Replacement works perfectly. Many thanks to Rob and his team for their professionalism. GBExceptional Across The Board My experience on every level has been exceptional! From getting properly fitted from Carole Clarke & also proper club selection. It's almost hard to explain how thorough & knowledgeable she was. The clubs I've had now for 4 rounds & have shot 2 rounds under par in a row. Never done that previously. Could not be happier with choosing PXG!
