The failed to respond to the item i… The failed to respond to the item i returned. Issued a credit and then failed to honor it. They email stating they will respnd in a day....never happened. Straight ripoff. Stay away from this company.

Not sure if this is a legitimate … Not sure if this is a legitimate business. I placed an online order. They sent me an email saying they were out of some of the items and that they've issued a refund. That was about a month ago. I wrote to them 4 times and I have yet to receive a refund. They sent me an email that the refund was already issued weeks ago so not sure why it's not going thru... Do not trust this business.

Returns are a Big Problem I purchased a jacket from The Bay marketplace in Dec. 2022 once I received the purchase I tried to return it. The only returns are through Golf Anything. Golf Anything does not recognize the Bay order number for returns although the product is labeled and packaged at Golf Anything. I drove to the warehouse and returned the jacket in the original packaging with the label from Golf Anything. It is now the end of January and it is impossible it get my $156.00 back.

Eye-catching prices but not a fan of the pre-order push... Made one order with them for a JL windbreaker vest. Size was a lot different than previous JL products I have purchased in the same but i know JF can run down a size when it comes to their slim fit. It did arrive roughly on time and quality seemed about right. A bit lighter than described. I am personally wary of all the pre-order offers. Pricing is crazy low (unbeatable) but in a pre-order scenario there would appear to be a built-in excuse for delivery delays while they enjoy the cash flow from your pre-purchase payment. I prefer to buy what is in stock. You do get 3-4 emails a day. Which can get to be a bit much especially when you get the follow-up ‘we noticed your we’re looking...’ or ‘but now before they are all gone...’ emails as well. But you can always ask to be removed.

Buyer Beware - Won't get what you think you ordered Terrible customer service. Budget site with odds and ends of clearouts. Sizing is off half the time, and of my 6 orders 3 came with the wrong items. Then to address the miss ships offered credit and denied refund. Buyer beware.
