Returns are a Big Problem I purchased a jacket from The Bay marketplace in Dec. 2022 once I received the purchase I tried to return it. The only returns are through Golf Anything. Golf Anything does not recognize the Bay order number for returns although the product is labeled and packaged at Golf Anything. I drove to the warehouse and returned the jacket in the original packaging with the label from Golf Anything. It is now the end of January and it is impossible it get my $156.00 back.

I have purchased woman’s golf clothes… I have purchased woman’s golf clothes two times from this site. The first was a puma skirt I already owned in a different colour. Great price, delivery did take an extra long time. Once arrived it did not have the same pockets that the store bought one I have did. (Missing back pocket). A year later I found pants I was looking for at a great price. Again delivery was about two months after ordering. Then the pants also did not come as described on the website (missing pockets). I contacted customer service this time. They responded and I returned the ones I got and they sent me new ones that were specifically supposed to have been checked and have the pocket. This exchange process was brutally slow btw. Once the replacement pants came they also had no pockets. So what I see here is that the clothes they have are not the quality and are certainly substandard or pieces that did not make it to the retail store for a reason. Don’t waste your money waiting for something that is not going to be what it is supposed to. I have to say although slow, customer service did respond with an apology and sent me a $10 GC that I will never use.
