Unauthorized credit card charge I had no issue with the products I purchased, delivery time or service. I cancelled my annual fee in plenty of time prior to the renewal, it took 4 communications until they got back to me. They credited my account instead of my credit card even though I had cancelled my renewal. It’s only $20.00, but do the right thing and credit my card. With gratitude, Peter

Buyer Beware - Won't get what you think you ordered Terrible customer service. Budget site with odds and ends of clearouts. Sizing is off half the time, and of my 6 orders 3 came with the wrong items. Then to address the miss ships offered credit and denied refund. Buyer beware.

Not sure if this is a legitimate … Not sure if this is a legitimate business. I placed an online order. They sent me an email saying they were out of some of the items and that they've issued a refund. That was about a month ago. I wrote to them 4 times and I have yet to receive a refund. They sent me an email that the refund was already issued weeks ago so not sure why it's not going thru... Do not trust this business.

Slim to no customer service and no item received! Ordered golf shoes June 30th and issued a tracking number July 4th. Long story short, I’ve sent emails and called regarding the whereabouts of my order. I have received no communication as to the status of my order. I’m entertained by the replies from the company on this site to the poor reviews saying just call or email, we’re here to help, it’s simply inaccurate!
