CAEye-catching prices but not a fan of the pre-order push... Made one order with them for a JL windbreaker vest. Size was a lot different than previous JL products I have purchased in the same but i know JF can run down a size when it comes to their slim fit. It did arrive roughly on time and quality seemed about right. A bit lighter than described. I am personally wary of all the pre-order offers. Pricing is crazy low (unbeatable) but in a pre-order scenario there would appear to be a built-in excuse for delivery delays while they enjoy the cash flow from your pre-purchase payment. I prefer to buy what is in stock. You do get 3-4 emails a day. Which can get to be a bit much especially when you get the follow-up ‘we noticed your we’re looking...’ or ‘but now before they are all gone...’ emails as well. But you can always ask to be removed.

CAReturns are a Big Problem I purchased a jacket from The Bay marketplace in Dec. 2022 once I received the purchase I tried to return it. The only returns are through Golf Anything. Golf Anything does not recognize the Bay order number for returns although the product is labeled and packaged at Golf Anything. I drove to the warehouse and returned the jacket in the original packaging with the label from Golf Anything. It is now the end of January and it is impossible it get my $156.00 back.

CAWorse customer service I’ve experienced! I purchase a pair of shoes around the end of Oct but I had to return the pair of shoes for a replacement, as the website said it was waterproof but I used once as my foot got wet. The first few contacts was okay and quick to receive the return label, the customer support said the new pair was set aside to be shipped as soon as they receive the return item. Once I have shipped the item back they stopped replying my emails. My item was delivered on Nov 27 and so far I haven’t receive my replacement yet. I send them emails, no reply, I call them so many times but only able to talk to a person once and he said he would follow up with the customer support that was “helping” me. During the process. After that, no updates, despite calling them and leaving messages because there’s never a person available to talk to you. So, u til now I don’t have my shoes and they haven’t even contacted me to offer a refund. I did purchase a few other items from them but will never do it again. At this point I believe I lost my money and won’t get my shoes. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from them.

GBThe failed to respond to the item i… The failed to respond to the item i returned. Issued a credit and then failed to honor it. They email stating they will respnd in a day....never happened. Straight ripoff. Stay away from this company.

CASlim to no customer service and no item received! Ordered golf shoes June 30th and issued a tracking number July 4th. Long story short, I’ve sent emails and called regarding the whereabouts of my order. I have received no communication as to the status of my order. I’m entertained by the replies from the company on this site to the poor reviews saying just call or email, we’re here to help, it’s simply inaccurate!
