GBHorrible company Horrible company. Had to return item and did understand I had to pay return shipping but then they added another $9 for handling stating it was for the return label. So a $58 item and I will only receive $39 back and no purchase.

GBI have purchased woman’s golf clothes… I have purchased woman’s golf clothes two times from this site. The first was a puma skirt I already owned in a different colour. Great price, delivery did take an extra long time. Once arrived it did not have the same pockets that the store bought one I have did. (Missing back pocket). A year later I found pants I was looking for at a great price. Again delivery was about two months after ordering. Then the pants also did not come as described on the website (missing pockets). I contacted customer service this time. They responded and I returned the ones I got and they sent me new ones that were specifically supposed to have been checked and have the pocket. This exchange process was brutally slow btw. Once the replacement pants came they also had no pockets. So what I see here is that the clothes they have are not the quality and are certainly substandard or pieces that did not make it to the retail store for a reason. Don’t waste your money waiting for something that is not going to be what it is supposed to. I have to say although slow, customer service did respond with an apology and sent me a $10 GC that I will never use.

GBNot sure if this is a legitimate … Not sure if this is a legitimate business. I placed an online order. They sent me an email saying they were out of some of the items and that they've issued a refund. That was about a month ago. I wrote to them 4 times and I have yet to receive a refund. They sent me an email that the refund was already issued weeks ago so not sure why it's not going thru... Do not trust this business.

CAWorse customer service I’ve experienced! I purchase a pair of shoes around the end of Oct but I had to return the pair of shoes for a replacement, as the website said it was waterproof but I used once as my foot got wet. The first few contacts was okay and quick to receive the return label, the customer support said the new pair was set aside to be shipped as soon as they receive the return item. Once I have shipped the item back they stopped replying my emails. My item was delivered on Nov 27 and so far I haven’t receive my replacement yet. I send them emails, no reply, I call them so many times but only able to talk to a person once and he said he would follow up with the customer support that was “helping” me. During the process. After that, no updates, despite calling them and leaving messages because there’s never a person available to talk to you. So, u til now I don’t have my shoes and they haven’t even contacted me to offer a refund. I did purchase a few other items from them but will never do it again. At this point I believe I lost my money and won’t get my shoes. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from them.
