Ordered a pair of hockey skate runner blades, the description was very basic which caused me to order the incorrect style blade, I contacted them TWICE about returning the unopened blades and heard nothing from them both times. Shop somewhere else that actually has customer service.

I assume the items were not in stock, but communication could have been better. As a small business owner with a web shop myself, I know how hard it can be to keep online inventory up to date, but good communication is key to maintaining trust with customers. I ordered two neck guard shirts, and I had read previous reviews that money was refunded without an explanation, so I had an idea that this might happen, but it was a bummer not to get the items I needed.
