Not the greatest (sales roles) Not the greatest, using for sales roles in tech. Most companies aren’t responsive, and roles are quite limited. I can’t speak on behalf of other business units or what the market for those look like on here but unfortunately, this hasn’t been a tool that I’ve had any luck with. Using an optimized resume with 10 years experience in sales and having applied for 200+ jobs on this platform with personalized messages to the “hiring manager”, I’ve gotten two interviews both of which, went nowhere I won’t say that Wellfound isn’t worth using, but it’s most definitely not worth spending an incredible amount of time using with your job search.

I love how Wellfound has made an easy and direct way to apply for jobs! I love how Wellfound has made its platform to apply for jobs that is simple and straight forward to navigate. I also really like that there is a contact person to send a message that goes beyond a resume and cover letter. Well done, Wellfound! You guys rock!

Feedback I liked the fact that there a lot of startups and numerous options to choose from. But it would help if we could get responses when we apply for positions.

The best thing about the site is the EASE of use! The best thing about the site is the ease of use. Keeping my profile up to date and the companies that I have applied to is super simple. I also love the status updates on where my application is at.

Great Candidate Experience Wellfound is a straightforward and trusty webapp. Their stable of partnership start-ups and early-stage companies is impressive. The candidate user interface is simple and intuitive and the steps to populate my profile were easy to complete. It's great to see jobs I can apply to immediately upon entry. Excellent work!
