I know that you have no control over this on your platform. Also, I'm in Canada, so it'd be great to have more Canadian opportunities!

I like this platform better than other job search platforms too, with better filters involved for more specific searches. This is for the people who want to be part of innovative companies, rather than old/dying companies.

Lots of jobs no responses I've applied to a ton of roles that are applicable to my skill set on well found, and have nothing to show for my efforts. As a candidate, I've found that this site is no better than LinkedIn or Indeed.
