A really easy to navigate job site A really easy to navigate career/jobs site with a great focus on smaller and growing companies. The search features are a little finicky (I will often be show.n remote jobs that don’t hire in my state/country) but the other features like easy applications and a great profile page make up for it

I easily found and had an interview… I easily found and had an interview with one company on your platform, however, the second company that reached out to me, never followed up with my inquiries. I know that you have no control over this on your platform. Also, I'm in Canada, so it'd be great to have more Canadian opportunities!

I love using Wellfound I love using Wellfound, it is extremely user friendly! I am able to easily search and filter through to find potential jobs based on what I am looking for. It is easy to go back and see which applications I preciously applied to. I love the way my profile looks and that there is a culture section where I can answer questions about the type of company I want to work for. Overall one of my go to places to look for a job.

Cool concept, needs more refinement. I really like the concept but this time around I got zero contact from it. I know that could have been more active from my side but as I got more contacts from other platforms, I was encoraged to that in the other platforms. Maybe there is some way in which I could be incentived to contact the companies in the platform, other and just saying "contact them".

Not the greatest (sales roles) Not the greatest, using for sales roles in tech. Most companies aren’t responsive, and roles are quite limited. I can’t speak on behalf of other business units or what the market for those look like on here but unfortunately, this hasn’t been a tool that I’ve had any luck with. Using an optimized resume with 10 years experience in sales and having applied for 200+ jobs on this platform with personalized messages to the “hiring manager”, I’ve gotten two interviews both of which, went nowhere I won’t say that Wellfound isn’t worth using, but it’s most definitely not worth spending an incredible amount of time using with your job search.
