Cool concept, needs more refinement. I really like the concept but this time around I got zero contact from it. I know that could have been more active from my side but as I got more contacts from other platforms, I was encoraged to that in the other platforms. Maybe there is some way in which I could be incentived to contact the companies in the platform, other and just saying "contact them".

I love using Wellfound I love using Wellfound, it is extremely user friendly! I am able to easily search and filter through to find potential jobs based on what I am looking for. It is easy to go back and see which applications I preciously applied to. I love the way my profile looks and that there is a culture section where I can answer questions about the type of company I want to work for. Overall one of my go to places to look for a job.

The personalized job recommendations are spot-on, and the insightful blog posts provide valuable career tips. Plus, the user-friendly application process is great. I highly recommend it!

Not the greatest (sales roles) Not the greatest, using for sales roles in tech. Most companies aren’t responsive, and roles are quite limited. I can’t speak on behalf of other business units or what the market for those look like on here but unfortunately, this hasn’t been a tool that I’ve had any luck with. Using an optimized resume with 10 years experience in sales and having applied for 200+ jobs on this platform with personalized messages to the “hiring manager”, I’ve gotten two interviews both of which, went nowhere I won’t say that Wellfound isn’t worth using, but it’s most definitely not worth spending an incredible amount of time using with your job search.

I enjoy Wellfound I enjoy Wellfound, a great place to apply for smaller companies. The issues are minor but worth mentioning. It shows me jobs that I can't apply for because of my location, and the new promotion feature doesn't show me jobs I can qualify for. I would like to see how many others have applied for a position on a job posting. Other than that, it's a great overall product.
