I know that you have no control over this on your platform. Also, I'm in Canada, so it'd be great to have more Canadian opportunities!

Not the greatest (sales roles) Not the greatest, using for sales roles in tech. Most companies aren’t responsive, and roles are quite limited. I can’t speak on behalf of other business units or what the market for those look like on here but unfortunately, this hasn’t been a tool that I’ve had any luck with. Using an optimized resume with 10 years experience in sales and having applied for 200+ jobs on this platform with personalized messages to the “hiring manager”, I’ve gotten two interviews both of which, went nowhere I won’t say that Wellfound isn’t worth using, but it’s most definitely not worth spending an incredible amount of time using with your job search.

I really like it! Very impressed with this platform! It's been a great experience so far. Not only have I made valuable connections, but using/navigating the site is incredibly easy & intuitive. Also, I've come across some truly unique opportunities here that I haven't seen on any other platforms.Highly recommend!

I love using Wellfound I love using Wellfound, it is extremely user friendly! I am able to easily search and filter through to find potential jobs based on what I am looking for. It is easy to go back and see which applications I preciously applied to. I love the way my profile looks and that there is a culture section where I can answer questions about the type of company I want to work for. Overall one of my go to places to look for a job.

It gives you free access to many different… It gives you access to many different companies that would take a lot of time to find one by one elsewhere. I like this platform better than other job search platforms too, with better filters involved for more specific searches. This is for the people who want to be part of innovative companies, rather than old/dying companies.
