Great support! I had an experience with FITE.tv when Jake Paul and Gib was gonna fight, where I accidently bought the pay per view after the fight was done, not realizing until after I found out I could fast forward until the end. I sent an email to the support and they had 100% understanding for my situation, responded to me in less than a day or so, and they also refund my money. 5/5, literally couldnt be better. If the incident had happened otherwise, at least I could still see the entire thing without any issues, so their platform working pretty well as well.

I was happy with my AEW plus… I was happy with my AEW plus subscription but since last month I was having issues with finding the AEW channel and I start checking on my browser not in the app and I find that the subscription are no longer available in my territory. I don’t receive any email, they continue to charge my account and I find the information by myself. Very disappointing. I was happy but from today I’m not trusting this app no more.

Charging $37 for the Jake Paul card… Charging $37 for the Jake Paul card would be somewhat justifiable if the actual fights would be televised... in nearly 2 hours and all I’ve watched is one fight and music videos. I’m paying to watch boxing not MTV. Very disappointed. There is no need to fill an hour of time between each time with live performances - it really disengages the audience from what is being paid for (boxing). I won’t be watching future events of this becomes consistent. 1/2 performances maybe half way through the card or in between but 3 hours of music and less than an hour of fights is ridiculous.

Lying and stealing from the consumers. You send a email in reference to a PPV being cancelled but the PPV wasn’t cancelled. The PPV event actually got moved to another platform for cheaper. How do you charge a higher price for a PPV and a lower platform then yours can charge a lesser price? I would also like to know why you would lie to your consumers about a PPV being cancelled instead of telling them it got moved to another platform? Bad business.
