We had hundreds of applicants and hired around 80 people within about 5 weeks. They do everything the other guys do but they're cheaper and it's just a monthly subscription that you can cancel when you no longer need it instead of a contract. They have great support staff that take care of their clients whenever they are needed.

Essential features such as contacting applicants directly through the portal for interviews and personality questionaires have made the hiring process much more convienient for my Store Managers. I enjoy being able to mark whether the applicant showed or didn't show, to enable a track history as well. A couple of my locations are struggling with scheduling interviews and applicants not showing up. This feature allows us to communicate across the board. HigherMe is also very user friendly from an Admin perspective, especially in regards to adjusting job postings, pay rates, and resetting passwords. Overall, our experience as been Great. We have been using Higherme for some… We have been using Higherme for some time now. It is an invaluable tool to or company. We have new applicants just about every day, applying for anything from G.M. to crew. We have the option to pick who we want to interview and what time and day we want to set up interviews. The only thing I don't use is the match % for the employees because it may say like 20% match, and they are exactly what I am looking for.
