HigherMe is the way to Go Good Morning Joanna, I am happy our local franchise chose to partner with HigherMe to assist with recent staffing issues brought on when the pandemic hit. Essential features such as contacting applicants directly through the portal for interviews and personality questionaires have made the hiring process much more convienient for my Store Managers. I enjoy being able to mark whether the applicant showed or didn't show, to enable a track history as well. A couple of my locations are struggling with scheduling interviews and applicants not showing up. This feature allows us to communicate across the board. HigherMe is also very user friendly from an Admin perspective, especially in regards to adjusting job postings, pay rates, and resetting passwords. Overall, our experience as been Great.
