Essential features such as contacting applicants directly through the portal for interviews and personality questionaires have made the hiring process much more convienient for my Store Managers. I enjoy being able to mark whether the applicant showed or didn't show, to enable a track history as well. A couple of my locations are struggling with scheduling interviews and applicants not showing up. This feature allows us to communicate across the board. We had hundreds of applicants and hired around 80 people within about 5 weeks. They do everything the other guys do but they're cheaper and it's just a monthly subscription that you can cancel when you no longer need it instead of a contract. They have great support staff that take care of their clients whenever they are needed.

HigherMe has helped us find the type of candidates we're looking for and the budget has a lot more value than Indeed for example. The Talent Pool is a great feature as well. I can do a better job tracking for those candidates who haven't been contacted. It's easy to navigate their website and make changes.
