I can do a better job tracking for those candidates who haven't been contacted. It's easy to navigate their website and make changes.

Essential features such as contacting applicants directly through the portal for interviews and personality questionaires have made the hiring process much more convienient for my Store Managers. I enjoy being able to mark whether the applicant showed or didn't show, to enable a track history as well. A couple of my locations are struggling with scheduling interviews and applicants not showing up. This feature allows us to communicate across the board. HigherMe is also very user friendly from an Admin perspective, especially in regards to adjusting job postings, pay rates, and resetting passwords. Overall, our experience as been Great.
