GBI ordered a pair of riding breeches for… I ordered a pair of riding breeches for my daughter. I knew in advance that they were not returnable. Unfortunately, she loved them, but they were a little small. I ordered her regular size, but they just didn't fit. I just wished that the return policy was different. I'm a bit disappointed in myself for taking the chance and in the store for such a policy. Unfortunately, not sure I would buy here again because of the policy.

GBPurchased tall dress boots but they… Purchased tall dress boots but they were not the right height or calf size so sent them back and re-ordered the correct size. They held $100 on the return. The website says they have the right to charge 10% on a return but $100 is well over that 10% plus a actually purchased another pair of boots. This is not how you treat a new customer.
