However all was fixed with a fast recovery in the end. Would recommend as the customer service was particularly well managed despite the order issues. Excellent customer service through challenging situations.

Great price and service to UK Great price and service for an occam mountain bike from Spain to the UK. I was nervous I’d be stuck for brexit related duties but in the end IBK sorted everything and it was far and away the best deal for this highly sought after bike (saving £450 if I’d have purchased from the UK). There is a uk site but this didn’t have the model available and it would have still been more expensive! At first the payment wasn’t going through online. I ended up going through a chat on the website and they set me up a separate payment link which worked fine. Free delivery too which is amazing value from Spain. There was a large and slightly concerning cost notification from DHL but IBK took care of it fully and the bike was delivered after a short customs delay. I’m so please with it. Phoning is a little hit and miss, but they do call you back. Best method is to email orders[@]ibkbike.com. Get yourself a hard to find bike at a bargain!

Delivery to Poland I ordered the bike from IBK to Poland. It was an Orbera Oiz in a beautiful Green Goblin paint job. From the time of ordering to delivery will be even a month. The bike was well protected and came undamaged. The contact with Eduardo was efficient, the invoice was issued without any problem. I would have given 5 stars, but the bike was delivered without a cover to protect the frame from chain strikes. Unfortunately, I had to wait more than a month for the cover, so I was forced to purchase a temporary cover fastened with velcro. I recommend the IBK store because they have a large assortment, high discounts and care about good customer contact. The store could gain new customers from abroad if shipping times were faster :)
