Customer service is outstanding Customer service is outstanding! I accidently ordered the wrong bike and when I noticed it, they were right on top of it. They had the bike returned by Fed ex and my new one was in its way. The whole purchase process was a breeze! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase an e bike.

Fast shipment Snapcycle shipped quickly and the bike was delivered in 4 days. Haven’t unpacked it yet but the packaging looks fine. Only issue I had was when I asked pre-purchase questions. I felt like I was getting “sales speak” rather than straight forward answers. Very insulting. I was however happy when I called after the purchase. Hopefully the bike will perform to acceptably.

I gave four stars because of the… I gave four stars because of the throttle side handlebar grip keeps moving other than that after about 3 1/2 weeks everything else is good

Lvery positive. The bike fit me very well, meaning that it was comfortable to ride, good ergonomics in other words. The 26 I want to thank Harvie for providing excellent tech support. Far away the best of the four ebike products I have.

E-bikes might be good never received mine… thank you fed-ex!!!!! Wouldn’t know how your e-bikes are because I didn’t receive it. That’s right it set in englewood,cal for 46 hrs and then in ellenwood,ga for another 10hrs . When it got picked up by fed-ex on Wednesday I received email it would be delivered on Friday. Then on Friday received email been a change to your shipment new delivery day will be on Monday 8-28-2023 must sign for package. So I pay fed-ex 5,55 to deliver at a pacific time window so I can make sure someone is home to sign for package. I have someone leave work early to be here between 5:00 and 8:00 which’s what time window fed-ex gave me. So after I called snap cycle customer service and after been told couple of times well we can’t control fed-ex once package leaves us … you have two options they will try to deliver your package a couple more times and then send you’re package back to us and we’ll refund you’re money and at that point I didn’t need to listen to any more of you’re customer service representatives. I went out of my way to be home make sure someone was home to be treated like it was my fault fed-ex didn’t deliver and even payed 5.55 extra to fed-ex only to be told we’ll refund your money when fed-ex sends your package back to us. So nope sorry can’t review something I never received.
