Snap cycle the only brand you need After owning 2 snap cycle ebikes I really believe the quality the way their built and the support behind them you can't get much more for your money. In saying that when I decided to get a ebike I new nothing but what I read. So I headed out to 5 different ebike shops and in a short amount of time figured out snapcycle was the company to buy from so if you are looking go ahead and compare specs on their bikes to others and you'll also see how I came to that conclusion. But the best part is owning these 2 ebikes that are fun to ride.

Great company, great service, great bike! I received my R1 yesterday. Delivery time was as promised and there were no glitches. The very sturdy box was in good shape and hopefully there wouldn't be any hidden damage so assembly was next. Never having done this before, I followed the video from the website and two hours later I was cruising down the street. More than satisfied with my purchase!

Hi. Stinger kickstand too close to pedals Hi. Snapcycle Stinger kickstand is to close to the pedals. Snapcycle R1 has a kickstand that is 12 inches away from center of crank while Stinger is on 10 inches away so back of foot heel hits kickstand and makes pedaling difficult because you have to place your foot forward past the center of the pedal almost have to pedal with your heels. I had to replace the kickstand bolts with longer bolts and 15 washers for each bolt to move the kickstand further towards the spokes to move the kick stand far enough away so my heel doesn't hit the kickstand anymore.

Customer Service?!?!? I found my bike for cheaper several days later. I called to get a price match. Initially I was told snapcycle would refund the difference. Several days later I noticed on my bank account that only half the difference had been applied. I then contacted snapcycle and was informed that because I had received a tool kit that I didn’t even want that I couldn’t have the whole difference in price ($100+). Needless to say, I am worried about what is to come in terms of honoring warranty items.

So excited to ride my Stinger! I got a fantastic deal for a Stinger bike! After doing a ton of research I decided this bike would check all my boxes! The bike arrived yesterday and I was able to assemble it by myself! I'm a 68 year old woman! I will most likely remove the front basket only because it really isn't something I will use. I can see a water bottle holder there instead! I can't wait to take it for a nice long ride!!!
