Great product..slow delivery The pad was great just what was ordered..however it appeared to take about 4 weeks to arrive..not sure I understand why as had no correspondence

Terrible communication I am not reviewing the product as still not received but placed an order over 2 weeks ago and despite numerous phone calls, emails I have heard nothing back which is very worrying given the costs involved. Happy to accept things maybe delayed but please please tell us.
