Great product..slow delivery The pad was great just what was ordered..however it appeared to take about 4 weeks to arrive..not sure I understand why as had no correspondence

I ordered this over a month ago and… I ordered this over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I spoke to someone on the phone and they were very rude and dismissive saying it was lost they had no idea where it was with yodel and couldn’t give me a refund or send out a replacement until it was returned. I need this for my horses bad back. The lady was very unhelpful offering no solution on how we can resolve this I am very upset and frustrated with this company.

My Polypad arrived as expected My Polypad arrived as expected. Buying from Polypad directly as I wanted the one and a half fill (not supplied by other sites I looked at) ment waiting 5-7 working days for it to be made. Once my order was complete Polypad sent by courier 48hrs service and it arrived the following day from when I received notification it was on its way.
