GBI ordered this over a month ago and… I ordered this over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I spoke to someone on the phone and they were very rude and dismissive saying it was lost they had no idea where it was with yodel and couldn’t give me a refund or send out a replacement until it was returned. I need this for my horses bad back. The lady was very unhelpful offering no solution on how we can resolve this I am very upset and frustrated with this company.

GBI wanted a made to measure numnah for… I wanted a made to measure numnah for working hunter shows as my horses back was very sensitive and wanted something to help with the impact. We already had a polypad numnah which was perfect and helped with impact and sensitivity of his back, but was to big to use when showing. I spoke to Polypads, and no problem whatsoever to make me a made to measure numnah. Nothing was to much for them. Absolutely delighted with the finish product. Thank you so much

GBGreat product..slow delivery The pad was great just what was ordered..however it appeared to take about 4 weeks to arrive..not sure I understand why as had no correspondence
