Good prices Good prices, good replacement policy when product failed

Outstanding products and customer support I’ve been using OutdoorMaster SUP pumps for about 4 years now and the Shark 2 has been the best and fastest on the market. I have recently bought the new Cachalot Mini 2s and it’s absolutely brilliant. I have had questions to ask about both products and the Customer Support Team at OutdoorMaster is second to none. You may believe there are other products as good available now but I promise you you will never find better customer support.

Terrible Return Process / Customer Service Ordered goggles, but decided to return them. No responses from multiple emails and chat after finally getting return information and shipping the goggles back. Warning: they don't pay for return shipping. Been over a week since they have gotten the goggles back. I'm going to have to dispute the charge, but I'm out money for goggles plus shipping cost. They’ve stolen my money. The worst customer service… The absolute worst customer service experience possible. I have been trying to get a refund for an item that I returned for 2 months now. I have been left with no product, my money taken and am getting no response from both my emails and my attempts to reach out via live chat. I don’t know what to do at this point. Do not buy from this company. I have been scammed and I don’t want anyone else to deal with the same.
