They’ve stolen my money. The worst customer service… The absolute worst customer service experience possible. I have been trying to get a refund for an item that I returned for 2 months now. I have been left with no product, my money taken and am getting no response from both my emails and my attempts to reach out via live chat. I don’t know what to do at this point. Do not buy from this company. I have been scammed and I don’t want anyone else to deal with the same.

I'm super mad about the skateboard I… I'm super mad about the skateboard I got from OutdoorMaster. It's only been three days, and it won't even turn on! Their service is terrible, and the skateboard itself is junk. Don't buy from OutdoorMaster unless you want to waste your money! I messaged OutdoorMaster about the problem and even sent them a video, asking for a refund, but they haven't replied at all. It's like talking to a brick wall!

Terrible Return Process / Customer Service Ordered goggles, but decided to return them. No responses from multiple emails and chat after finally getting return information and shipping the goggles back. Warning: they don't pay for return shipping. Been over a week since they have gotten the goggles back. I'm going to have to dispute the charge, but I'm out money for goggles plus shipping cost.
